Mass-Murder's Popularity Takes A HitAl Qaeda offered an "explanation" for its most recent butchery: Then late at night it posted a second statement on the internet "to explain to Muslims part of the reason the holy warriors targeted these dens." It said it had ordered the suicide attacks on the hotels "only after becoming confident that they were centres for launching war on Islam and supporting the Crusaders' presence in Iraq and the Arab peninsula and the presence of the Jews on the land of Palestine." Weddings are "centres for launching war on Islam"? The genius intelligence agents of Al Qaeda apparently determined the bride's garter was intended to be tossed into the hands of a CIA operative. It contained a microchip explaining its plans to hypnotize Muslims using subliminal signals during broadcasts of Charles in Charge. posted by Ace at 04:49 PM
CommentsWeddings are "centres for launching war on Islam"? These lame excuses are some of the reason why I've been saying the assassination scenario makes a LOT more sense. Off-topic, but a Fox News guy just said that he's being told by French authorities that on an average weekend night, 100 cars are burned anyway, so we need to keep a sense of perspective on the riots. I guess once it gets back down to 100 cars per night, everything will be cool as it'll be back to normal. Posted by: Anachronda on November 13, 2005 06:11 PM
Sully will explain it away as the terrorists believing it was a gay wedding. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Posted by: Matt on November 13, 2005 06:36 PM
I think they are just against all weddings. It is alot easier to sell the 72 virgin bit to somebody who don't know what a pain in the ass just one can be. Posted by: B Moe on November 13, 2005 06:53 PM
The weddings were western style. Bride in a beautiful white dress and guests in western dresses and suits. Nary a burqa in sight. This is anathema to terrorists. That's why they were targeted. The media know this. Why are they dancing around it? Because they don't people to know what's going on. Posted by: tefta on November 13, 2005 08:04 PM
Didn't their first message explicitly mention "prostitution" as a reason for the attack? That would explain an attack on a infidel style wedding. Posted by: Aaron on November 14, 2005 04:35 AM
Without the US invasion of Iraq to provide recruiting and the capacity to claim they will do to the US in Iraq what they did to the Soviets in Afghanistan, Al Qaeda would already be in the dustbin of history. There weren't very many AQ left after Afghanistan. IMO they should have been picked off, by bullet or arrest, instead of given a new rallying cause. But they will die off, anyway. All the US has to do is make sure that the US in Iraq does NOT look like the Soviets in Afghanistan. Redefining torture as "enhanced interrogation techniques" and maintaining secret prisons would not be good examples of not looking like the Soviets. Posted by: tubino on November 14, 2005 12:22 PM
"14 species of large animals capable of domesitcation in the history of mankind. They point out Africans’ failed attempts to domesticate the elephant and zebra, the latter being an animal they illustrate that had utmost importance for it's applicability in transformation from a hunting/gathering to agrarian-based civilization. The roots of racism are not of this earth. Austrailia, aboriginals:::No domesticable animals.

1. MUCK - perhaps have experienced multiple universal contractions (have seen multiple big bangs), creator of the artificial intelligence humans ignorantly refer to as "god" Terrestrial management: 4. Chinese/egyptians - this may be separated into the eastern and western worlds Movies foreshadowing catastrophy Many Muslims are being used like the Germans and Japanese of WWII::being used to hurt others and envoke condemnation upon their people. They can affect the weather and Hurricane Katrina was accomplished for many reasons and involves many interests, as anything this historical is::
This is the system on earth because this is the system everywhere. I don't want to suggest the upper eschelons are evil and good is the fringe.
The clues are there which companies are favored and which are disfavored, market domination being one clue, but they conceal it very hard because it is so crucial. I offer an example of historical proportions::: Media ridicule and lawsuits are creations to reinforce people's belief that Walmart is evil in a subsegment of the indistry dominated by the middle and lower classes. The middle class is being deceived. They are being misled into the unfavored, and subsequently will have no assistance from their purchases with corporate america. I believe the coining of the term "Uncle Sam" was a clue alluding to just this::Sam Walton and WalMart is one of few saviors of the peasant class.
Royalty is the right way to organize a society. Dictatorships and monarchies are a reflection of the antient's hierarchical organization.
Simpson's foreshadowing::Helloween IV special, Flanders is Satan. "Last one you ever suspect."

Update to the video of a Russian soldier being spun around and thrown by the machinegun he was operating: The soldier was testing an old, archaic Russian machinegun intended to be mounted to a helicopter. The old gun was pressed into service as a possible anti-drone gun. The Russian army is generally depleted and being forced to bring a lot of old, unreliable weapons and platforms to the front.
