Gee I wish I had a new fact, a new insight, or some thing of interest to say about this post. But since I never let that stop me before:

Last week, Lebanon grudgingly accepted an international investigation into the assassination after weeks of saying such an inquiry would infringe upon its sovereignty.

Now, THAT's humorous!!!

All that they need to add there is a condemnation of Bush for threatening Syria and getting them to withdraw troops ...

oh yeah, the inquiry into the Hariri assassination and the possible UN link (UN vehicle going at a suspiciously slow rate of speed by the scene), looks mighty interesting ...

Between 1. Kofi and Son's delightful antics, 2. the international abuse of goats and others (resulting in grave penis injury), and, 3. possible political assassination, all in the news simultaneously, I'm thinking the UN may soon get offered its own show ( by Al-Jazeera, of course) ...

All that's missing, as far as I can see, is a Luke and Laura disco rape scene, featuring ... hmmmmm .... maybe Kofi Annan (as Laura) and Condi Rice* (as Luke)?

*she does get to wear those kick-ass boots in the scene.
