"No Serious Irregularities" Found in Iraq Vote

Given that this was a Bush/Cheney/Halliburton/Diebold production, I have to say I'm a little disappointed.

I know Max Cleland wasn't running in Iraq, but couldn't we have taken away his Senate seat anyway?

That's just good old fashioned Republican fun, that's what that is.

On the plus side, we did manage to "torture" Saddam Hussein a little bit.

I don't know about you, but when I look for a genocidal dictator, I look for someone who can bear a little pain better than, say, Nancy Kerrigan.

I hear that blacks were disenfranchised. Apparently the ink wells were too technical for them.

Quoth Saddam:

WHYYYYYYY?!?! WHHHHYYYYYYY??!!!

Our Dark Lord will be pleased his manipulations went undetected.

I wait for the Kossack/Olbermann/DU/Zarqawi crowd to cry vote fraud regardless of teh facts, just like they did in Ohio 2004.

I find it interesting that Iraq and Lebanon will probably be better allies than Germany now. Did you read in the Washington Times where Lebanon is holding the guy Germany paroled? The one who beat the American sailor to death in the airplane.
I can't post a link, so I hope this won't mess anythng up:
Well, crap. It is a registered site, but the title of the article is " Navy Diver's killer held in Beirut".

I will go back to lurking now since the above makes me look like my Geek Card should be revoked. Sigh. I will never be the cool one.

We don't placate on elections. That's just how we roll.

That's just... the way... it f'ing is!

Reading Iraq The Model is pretty sobering right now.

No, I'm not a pessimist. My support for this war has been consistent, and we will succeed. But I think that, in spite of a successful election (as I expected), events in Iraq are presently going in a bad direction. Ups and downs are to be expected. But right now, the downs are freaky.

(Leftists, stop your gloating. Iraq will certainly work out its problems, and Bush will not abandon them.)

There ya go! Just send Tanya Harding to be our interrogator! Why didn't we think of it before?

Nice to once in a while read a really unfair AP headline against lefty organizations...

Posted by: Greg on December 21, 2005 09:25 PM

They didn't find any irregularities because the Iraqis obviously haven't studied democratic elections in the state of Washington.

Oh, wait. Maybe they have, and that's why no irregularities were found! C. Gregoire must have been an advisor to the winning groups.

Now the Sunnis will just have to go and hire her at a higher price. She's available for any cause, you know, at the right price.

Duh, dontcha get it? The absence of evidence of any wrong doing is merely an indication of how carefully planned and executed the voter fraud was.

What is the UK Regime's plan for protecting the citizens from the savage criminals they've foisted on the populace? They offer NONE. They do, however, have a plan for protecting the savage criminals from the citizens: The citizens must STAY CALM and not get angry and not share videos of citizens being attacked by savage criminals.
The public keeps saying "protect us from the foreign savages you have imported against our wishes and over our objections" and the UK branch of The Regime keeps proposing plans to protect the foreign savages from the public. Soclose to what the public is demanding, just, you know, the complete opposite.
Just a thought: Maybe you wouldn't have to worry about the public attacking the savage criminals if you actually introduced a plan to protect the public from the savage criminals. Maybe they wouldn't feel as if it was necessary for them to protect the public through self-help.
