Ace, in pulling the plug on Cedarford, did you inadvertently block all posters from AOL (i.e., if he was an AOL guy)? I can't post using my AOL browser, and the few times I've ever posted here, my comments have been innocuous, the most personal remark being, maybe, about O Willis's waistline.

Damnit... I don't know. I just banned one IP address, but it's possible that's a shared IP address on AOL? I don't know.

I'm going to miss Cedarford. He offered a little bit of predictability in this uncertain world. It was relaxing to read his comments, because I already had the outline in my head. Occasionally, there would be novel phrasing, or an unexpected joke, but he would not stray that far from the outline. Very soothing.
