Humor, The Best Medicine

Unless you're sick or something. In which case you should probably get something prescribed. I wouldn't put all of your hopes for a recovery on some chuckles.

However, this is a pretty good one, and poses the question (as Kadnine asks), "Are there South Park Muslims, too?"

PS: Doctor "Patch" Adams is/was a retard, and so is Robin Williams.

It is pretty funny...and I agree, Patch and Robin Williams are retards.

Love the site by the way, but I don't have a furniture and moving company for you to link to. Sorry :-)

SithChick, I think you'll dig the latest post.

Posted by: ace on April 27, 2005 10:35 AM

I guess we're the only ones who thought it funny, Ace. Some might call that a tad scary.

Posted by: SithChick on April 27, 2005 12:04 PM

I thought it was hysterical! Um. In a 9/11 sort of way...

See? The two shouldn't go together... or should they? I was confused and I'd thought I'd share the spiral mind-fuck.

Posted by: Kadnine on April 27, 2005 12:25 PM

That spiral thing sounds painful.

Posted by: SithChick on April 27, 2005 12:36 PM

It's not really that painful. It's easily masked by my hangover.

Ace

Robin Williams is admittedly a misguided fool whose political opinions I personally find uninspiring, but on the other hand, while I was deployed to Qatar from Sep 04 to Jan 05, he showed up for a USO show one day and put on a great show (along with John Elway and Leeann Tweeden).

He may not support the current direction of the country or the administration, but when it comes to supporting the troops, he leaves his politics at home. Note that there was not a whit of his volunteer spirit reported in the news.

Say what you will about Williams' politics, I won't argue. But he has earned respect from the military for giving back to those who protect his ability to say and believe as he deems without fear of the late-night knock on the door.

Cheers,
Brennan

I'm less concerned with his politics than I am with the fact he's just not funny and doesn't deserve to have a career.

"I'm less concerned with his politics than I am with the fact he's just not funny and doesn't deserve to have a career."

Ouch! Jesus! Oh, please pass the Prozac. I feel shitty, and I'm not Williams or even a Williams fan.
