And seriously, Malkin is an excellent and critical thinking driven writer. Gee that Wonkette sure seems to be the most unbiased arbiter I have found in blogs. I totally understand how ABC, CNN, MSNBC, NPR etc would hold her up as a paragon of public discourse. Maybe we should start referring to Wonkette as Janus (insert anal reference) to denote the one face she has for her adoring media and the other that moderately comments on the internet and policy.

Hey, in fairness izzadem's got a point. I've seen some vile, stupid comments on this site that were practically dripping with hate. The thing is, practically all of them came from lefties--like izzadem, who doesn't exactly sound like he'll be walking off with the Miss Congeniality award.

I want everyone to to know that I NEVER intended to join in the insults of Michelle Malkin. As vonKreedon pointed out, my intent was exactly the opposite.

My comment about the use of Democratic talking points using the term "wh**e was my attempt to ridicule that mouth-breather who calls himself "hostile."

On a couple of occasions, Ms. Malkin has mentioned the fact that her hate mail contains the term "whore" with a strangely high level of regularity. So, when I said that Hostile needed to "check his talking points," I was implying that the attacks on her are part of an orchestrated smear campaign.

I continued by sarcastically "revealing" that the use of such slurs comes from the Democratic Party Official Propaganda Guidelines (as part of this sarcasm, I said that I had obtained this handbook "backstage at the Kerry convention ... the red one with Che Guevara on the cover").

In other words, my comment was an attempt to ridicule losers like that idiot "hostile" by saying that his vile sentiment came from
the Left's propaganda handbook.

I feel awful that Ms. Malkin may have taken my comment as joining in with those fools. I feel like Kramer when he slugged his idol Mickey Mantle at fantasy baseball camp.

The problem is the owner Johnson is factually on mark and is sometimes first to post on the latest Islamic horror, but editorially casts it in the most negative light possible for Muslims in general. Then his commentators are split between thoughtful and the remnants of Meir Kahane's followers. The latter give the Site it's reputation as a bigoted Hate Site. "Sterilize Muslims!" "Sand niggers that breed like rats" "Nuke Mecca" "Cleanse the lands of Judea and Samaria all non-Jews"- are typical, and Johnson does not interfere with their post content . At the same time, Johnson is quick to ban posters that criticize Israel.

His Site's reputation hurt Johnson when Rathergate broke and Johnson had a part in it. Many media outlets were reluctant to interview Johnson because of the perception that he ran a Site well-tainted by religious bigotry.
