Because, get this, compact-sized obstructionist dandy Tom Daschle is about to get booted out of office by John Thune.

Well, I guess that depends on how many millions of votes they get from the reservations. But, as regards legal votes, he's just about toast.

My Dad just got back from a hunting trip in South Dakota. On the Lakota reservation.

One day he saw a group of teenaged boys assing around the street of the small town he passed through. they were kicking a wadded up yard sign down the street.

A Daschle sign.

It was one of very few he saw on the res; the rest were for Thune.

On an Indian reservation.

We may have to break out the Kim Richards in the swimsuit before all this is over.
