CommentsYep, same story. Polipundit came to the same Marie Antoinette conclusion as I did. Posted by: Eric Pobirs on September 16, 2004 12:05 AM
So many important moments today. Dan Milhouse Rather is having his Nixon moment. John Kerry is having his McGovern moment. And Teresa Heinz Kerry is having her Marie Antoinette moment. Can you hear the ghostly laughter coming from Yorba Linda? Posted by: Eric Pobirs on September 16, 2004 12:12 AM

So the Empress says, "No clothes". Posted by: Brian B on September 16, 2004 12:22 PM
So, let’s recap. The documents are forged, according to the secretary who is an admitted “yellow dog democrat.” The information contained in the memos is authentic because Mrs. Knox heard people in the squadron say those things. The guys who flew with Bush in the squadron, who we could assume are the ones who said those things, deny that those things were said. On September 8, 2004 during the CBS program, “Sixty Minutes II”, Dan Rather based an entire story attacking President Bush on memos that have been proven forgeries. At best, this is gross incompetence on Mr. Rather’s part. For CBS to retain any credibility, Dan Rather must resign now. I urge you all to demand that Mr. Rather resign immediately and that CBS News air a retraction and apology. Posted by: Bill Jones on September 16, 2004 02:26 PM
