The hell with sports. I'm more excited about the prospect of He-Ho's in Nevada. So, who's applying? Posted by: shawn on January 7, 2006 06:29 PM
This game is all about the D If Tampa hadn't screwed up in the first quarter like they did this game would be all different. Posted by: Larry Bernard on January 7, 2006 07:14 PM

We did it! We finally did it! Damn the Bucs, damn them all to hell! (GO SKINS. But hey, offense needs to step up next week or else we're meat against the Seahawks.) Now let's see Prettyboy Brady get PWN3D by Jacksonville. Posted by: Jeff B. on January 7, 2006 07:45 PM
HOLY CRAP!!!!!!! Has my heart started yet? Ok, breathe...breathe...breathe...anybody got a paper bag? ON TO SEATTLE. Posted by: CraigC on January 7, 2006 08:05 PM
It was an intense game, especially toward the end. I was saying to myself throughout that if it weren't for the Redskins D nothing would have been possible. If they recover from their injuries and do a double press with their offense and defense they may have a shot at beating Seattle (who aren't as good as they look). I am sorry I am going to have to go for the Seahags on this one ;-) Posted by: Larry Bernard on January 7, 2006 10:34 PM
Reminder of my picks from 1/2: Washington over the Bucs. Posted by: Bart on January 7, 2006 10:57 PM
Well bart you beat me on the first half.... and lets see if I beat you on the second half. Posted by: Larry Bernard on January 8, 2006 12:58 AM
As predicted! So where are all those Redskins naysayers now? Come on out guys so I can tell you to get out of my face. Joe Gibbs doesn't placate. Posted by: Jimmie on January 8, 2006 01:37 AM
Gonna need more that 100 yards of offense to beat most teams, Jimmie. Posted by: Oldcat on January 8, 2006 02:30 AM
Ok, Bart, you called the first two. But, NO WAY the Bungles beat Pittsburgh. Come back here tomorrow and take your medicine. BE AFRAID, SEATTLE. BE VERY, VERY AFRAID. THEY'RE BANGED UP, AND THEY'RE UNDERDOGS, BUT THEY'RE COMING. Posted by: CraigC on January 8, 2006 03:00 AM
Wow! Go skins, not the game I wanted, but I will take the score. The Offense did get the FG and the 5 yard TD to make it a 7 point game, which mattered later on in. Without the D's two turnovers, it would have been, true enough, a different game, at 3-10. Maybe then, the O would have tried riskier plays. Posted by: joeindc44 on January 8, 2006 04:30 AM
Brunell is too streaky for my tastes. Either he's 'on' and spectacular or he looks like Heath Schuler (remember him?). He overthrows. He underthrows. I say if Brunell is having another one of those games like he has for the last two, bring in Ramsey. Posted by: pistolero on January 8, 2006 01:00 PM
I'll give the 'Skins credit: They had more points on the board than the Bucs. But let's face it. The Seahawks are a very different team than the Bucs, and can consistenly put up points. The Skins' offense was pathetic, and a repeat of that performance will not suffice if the Seahawks have an average offensive day. I like the Skins' defense though, and they should be able to keep it close for 2 to 2.5 quarters, but after that, I see the Seahawks pulling away decisively by the last half of the 4th quarter. Posted by: EricTheRed21 on January 8, 2006 01:04 PM
Are the Giants going to lay an egg and ruin my predictions? The Giants look like chickens running around with their heads cut off. Coach Fox's team is running loose in the hen house. Posted by: Bart on January 8, 2006 02:49 PM
Reminder of my picks from 1/2: Washington over the Bucs.
Okay, Craig and Larry, you may commence to whipping me with a wet noodle. I'm pleased, however, with the Carolina and Pittsburgh wins. But for the love of everything holy and sacred, Jake Plummer and the Denver Broncos Must lose.

Important Message from Recent Convert to Christianity and Yet Super-Serious Christian Tuq'r Qarlson: Actually Muslims love Jesus, it's Trump and his neocons who hate him
Tucker Carlson Network Trump's trolling tweet was ill-advised, but Tucker is just lying when he claims the Christianity-hating President of Iran was "offended" by this. He's one step away from announcing his official conversion to Islam. He literally never stops praising Islam. Well, he suddenly became Christian two years ago, there's not much stopping him from converting again. You can track Tuq'r's official conversion to Islam with this Bingo card.
People say that the bearded man in the video of Fartwell molesting a hooker looks like Democrat Arizona Senator Rueben Gallego, said to be Swalwell's "best friend" and known to take vacations with him.
@KFILE 21m So the campaign is collapsing due to the truth of the sexual harassment allegations. That hissing sound you hear is the air going out of the Swalwell campaign. UPDATE: No it wasn't, it was just Swalwell one-cheek-sneaking out a fart on camera Eric Swalwell more like Eric Farewell amirite thanks to weft-cut loop.

Oil prices plunge on bizarre realization that Eric Swalwell may actually be straight. A rapey molester, allegedly, but a straight one.

This is super-obscure and I only barely remember it. Given that, I'll give you the hint that it's by the Red Rocker. And I guess you think you've got it made Oh, but then, you never were afraid Of anything that you've left behind Oh, but it's alright with me now 'Cause I'll get back up somehow And with a little luck, yes, I'm bound to win Now twenty people will tell me it's not obscure, it was huge in their hometown and played at their prom. That's how it usually goes. When I linked Donnie Iris's "Love is Like a Rock," everyone said they knew that one and that his other song (which I didn't know at all) Ah Leah! was huge in their area.
