I really don't understand why 99% of the citizens of this country aren't up in arms about this whole theft-of-property thing. The right to own property is the most basic of all our rights, for without it we have no others.

The government does not "own" anything, because there is no government entity per se. The government is us, the citizens, and it's time we took control of the bureaucrats who think otherwise. They are not the government, the judiciary is not the government, the three branches together are not. WE ARE! Demand that we be given back what is rightfully ours.

Probably because the people that this impacts, the ones who actually own property, are too busy working to pay the bills that come with the ownership of the property.

These judges ain't dumb. They know who they can screw with. Take away a homeless person's grocery cart, though, and watch the streets fill up with angry protestors.

I can't wait until the hotel goes up on Souter's property. I'll be the first in line to spend the weekend.
