How the scum in the MSM operate.

I hate the MSM. No shock there. But what I hate about them the most, is the insidious way they operate. Its always very subtle, and you have to be on your guard all the time.

For instance, I saw a clip of this past Sunday's Meet The Press. They had that fat cow Albright on and she was spewing the company line like a broken record. But Tim Russert was a willing co-conspirator. When he had Condi Rice on recently he asked her if she was going to run for President or not. She said no. Then he asked her again. She said no again. Then he kept asking her over and over. What a dick! Now fast forward to this past Sunday. Porky Albright had the balls to say that the sanctions on Iraq were working! Did that moron Russert challenge her on that? Hell no!

So what made me think of all this just now? I saw the headline which the degenerates at the NY Times used for my good buddy Tookie.

Stanley Tookie Williams, Crips Gang Co-Founder, Is Executed

Here is what I would have written:

Convicted murderer of 4 is given death penalty.

At least the NY Times didn't use:

Internationally loved children's author is killed in the prime of his life.

What, isn't founding the Crips reason enough?

That third line was the NPR title.

How could have the sanctions worked when government officials of the following countries were bribed to ignore the sanctions:

Belgium
Germany
France
Canada

This is the scary part of not taking Saddam out. He could get anything he wanted from those countries.

You should read some of the murderphile scumpal websites, Tanker.

Posted by: on December 13, 2005 01:19 PM

You should have heard some of the official witensses at the press conference after the execution. They could hardly string three words together without 'you know' puncuating their 'feelings' about the proceedings. And these were self-identified reporters, none of whom seemed to have done any research in advance.

Per Yahoo!/AP: "Ex-gang leader Williams executed in Calif." Why was he an ex-gang leader? Is it because he was in f'in prison, and unless he were confined he'd likely be blowing more heads off of more innocent people?

Posted by: Lapsed Leftist on December 13, 2005 01:51 PM

Let's see, we are interviewing Condi Rice and the most important question is whether she is running for President?

I thought it was the conservatives (maybe just those neo-cons) that were using gay marriage, the economy or the war to distract America from the real issues like the economy, Iraq or gay marriage.

Oh indeed, the MSM sucks and they are pretty much living in their own bubble, but imagine how bad it was to be Reagan back in 82. The reason why he was so involved in conservative thought was because if he didn't carry the torch, who else would. Now, everytime McCain drops his pudding, there are conservatives aplenty to point this out.

How about the way al-Reuters twisted Bush's words out of all recognition with their reporting of the "30,000 civilians killed in US led invasion of Iraq" headline? Mudville Gazette has the gory details on his site. Too lazy to link.

I couldn't have said it better:

'Loyola Law School professor Laurie Levenson said she thought that Williams' clemency bid was plagued from the start by his position that he would never acknowledge that he committed the four murders.

"I will never admit capital crimes that I did not commit — not even to save my life," Williams wrote in his 2004 autobiography "Blue Rage, Black Redemption." He repeated that position Monday afternoon in a conversation with the Rev. Jesse Jackson, Jackson told reporters.

"Tookie wanted to have it both ways — he wanted to maintain his actual innocence claim so that he would have something to argue in the courts, but he still wanted to claim that he had been redeemed," Levenson said. "In the end, he lost on both fronts."'

Liars I can understand. Stupid people I can understand. But stupid liars make me mad; people who come up with a naked, self-evident lie and cheerfully wave it in my face with the blithe certainty that I must be buying their story. That's what happened with Tookie on a national scale - he wanted to be recognized as redeemed for crimes he didn't commit, a contradiction that was insultingly obvious and I'm glad Schwarzenegger was brave enough to refuse to play along with this charade because it's long past time someone put their foot down and said "enough".

At least "Tookie" denied he did it. Mumia's never even made that claim.

Fry Mumia.

Mmmm, ever talk to a liberal?

Just askin'. :)

Jake - you forgot India - they have had a serious govt scandal over the matter.

And of curse numerous UN officials.

Posted by: holdfast on December 13, 2005 03:17 PM

It's why I gave up watching most 'news' shows of the type. They'll either bypass serious questions completely, throwing softballs to their favorites, or they'll ask and then let the bastards get away with not answering. Over and over and over.

Posted by: Mark on December 13, 2005 03:45 PM

For that matter, from Michelle Malkin's site:
"On MSNBC this evening, host Tucker Carlson told his "friend" Al Sharpton that he would spare him embarassment by not asking him the names of the victims."

What more do you need to know about these 'journalists'?

Posted by: Mark on December 13, 2005 03:48 PM

If the MSM go down, they will go down denying they were anything but objective - and innocent (just like...)

Posted by: Tom M on December 13, 2005 03:49 PM

I like this report

Money quote:
" “Morale among our guys is very high. They not only believe they are winning, but that they are winning decisively. They are stunned and dismayed by what they see in the American press, whom they almost universally view as against them....They are inflicting casualties at a rate of 20-1 and then see s*** like ‘Are we losing in Iraq?’ on television.”

Posted by: Iblis on December 13, 2005 06:45 PM

The last thing to go through Tookie's mind...."Maybe I should have written a cook book?..or an instructional video on gang organizational methods? I see my face and afro filling the screen with the Crips sign, 'Hey wassup? Follow along or I will blow your face off!" The screen pans off to a drive-by"

"Jesse, I will be waiting for you. Wear asbestos!'

Posted by: Mr Peanut on December 14, 2005 05:22 AM

"Internationally loved children's author is killed in the prime of his life."???? and he sold like 300 books? how does that make him an international best seller?
Leftist logic I suppose...

What is the UK Regime's plan for protecting the citizens from the savage criminals they've foisted on the populace? They offer NONE. They do, however, have a plan for protecting the savage criminals from the citizens: The citizens must STAY CALM and not get angry and not share videos of citizens being attacked by savage criminals.
The public keeps saying "protect us from the foreign savages you have imported against our wishes and over our objections" and the UK branch of The Regime keeps proposing plans to protect the foreign savages from the public. Soclose to what the public is demanding, just, you know, the complete opposite.
Just a thought: Maybe you wouldn't have to worry about the public attacking the savage criminals if you actually introduced a plan to protect the public from the savage criminals. Maybe they wouldn't feel as if it was necessary for them to protect the public through self-help.
