Yeah, well, unless she had her bags pack, a plane ticket, a passport, and was in men's clothing and wearing a fake moustache when she was arrested, it still seems heavy handed.

I don't think dad is any prize, either. I base this on the daughter's behavior. How many kids want to have sex with almost a stranger in the same room as your mom (or in the hallway near the ice machine while your mom watched)? That is really screwed up. Something's wrong with that family. Though dad wasn't present, he had to contribute or at least be aware that something was not right with his family unit.

Bail is an option, it isn't required. Obviously the judge felt that she was a flight risk or that she would have contact with the girl or he/she believed that a stay in the county Hilton would be an edifying experience.

Without the court records it is just speculation.

Among other reasons, she needs to be put away for appropriation of lame advertising slogans. Apparently the hard-lemonade drinking, overnight shopping demon instructed her young charges: "What happens in White Plains, stays in White Plains."

One can find out who she is easily enough - she's in the Valhalla jail. They did have enough sense not to put her picture in the database, though.

I think the court would be negligent if they did let her post bond. At the very least, after the restraining order was issued, the child removed from her custody and safe, then and only then I would set bail at 1 million dollars.

FWIW, the Valhalla jail indicated bail was set at $50,000. Either that got changed, and the change isn't in the database, or she couldn't make her bond and nobody wanted to help her make bond.

It seems like this was worked into her plea deal, and maybe one reason she stayed in the pokey.

She is banned from contact with her kids, and her husband has filed for divorce and permanent custody of the children.

this is not right to do some thing like this . i think there is any motive behind this . mother wants some money to earn m\by her daughter or may be to give some good knowledge about sex .
