On a Serious Note [John from WuzzaDem]I found a pretty good article on CNN about Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (AADHD) and Adult Attention Deficit Disorder (AADD): Adults with attention disorders typically find coping strategies to get through the days, things like keeping reminder lists or detailed planners. They often have a spouse handle the bills and keep track of birthdays. At work, they'll have an office assistant mind the books. I have a neighbor with Adult ADD, so I thought it would be interesting to hear what his days are like, and how he copes. I'll call him "Bill," because that's his name. CommentsI'm sorry, I forgot what I was going to write. What was this post about again? Cheers, Posted by: Dave at Garfield Ridge on June 10, 2005 12:32 AM
Hey! It's Dave from uhhhh....don't tell me....uhhh...damn, it's right on the tip of my tongue. What were we talking about? Posted by: John from WuzzaDem on June 10, 2005 12:36 AM
Lemme guess, this "Bill" lives in the District of Columbia, right? Posted by: Michael on June 10, 2005 01:54 AM
XD Summarized my entire life. I get especially disoriented when I take a nap in the middle of the day. I can never remember if whatever happened before the nap happened today, happened yesterday, or happened at all. Posted by: Kazmin on June 10, 2005 02:33 AM
I, uh, why am I here? Where am I? Oh, it's only a game. Say, a nap is a good idea. Posted by: MrWhaHoppen on June 10, 2005 02:55 AM
Um, not to be a wet blanket or anything, but isn't this post some kind of hate crime? Probably. Yeah. I promise not to call the lawyers. Posted by: Sean M. on June 10, 2005 03:12 AM
I'm always up for throwing down on homos and Euro-poofs, but these people have an illness. Is it really okay to whup up on sick people? Have you no shame, no decency? I am appalled. Okay, not really. I figured I'd try sanctimony. Big yawn. The Adult ADD people I think are either just stoned or really stupid. I wish I worked with one so I could humiliate him and he would just forget. Or if he remembered I could just tell Human Resources he has me confused with somebody. Who they going to believe? Ha Ha. Fuckin' dumbshits. Posted by: spongeworthy on June 10, 2005 08:56 AM

This is just a silly version of "Memento." My only question is, when is Carrie-Anne Moss going to show up? Posted by: OregonMuse on June 10, 2005 10:21 AM

What is the UK Regime's plan for protecting the citizens from the savage criminals they've foisted on the populace? They offer NONE. They do, however, have a plan for protecting the savage criminals from the citizens: The citizens must STAY CALM and not get angry and not share videos of citizens being attacked by savage criminals. The public keeps saying "protect us from the foreign savages you have imported against our wishes and over our objections" and the UK branch of The Regime keeps proposing plans to protect the foreign savages from the public. Soclose to what the public is demanding, just, you know, the complete opposite. Just a thought: Maybe you wouldn't have to worry about the public attacking the savage criminals if you actually introduced a plan to protect the public from the savage criminals. Maybe they wouldn't feel as if it was necessary for them to protect the public through self-help.
