Sandy "Socks" Berger Agrees To Plead Guilty

...but only to the misdemeanor of "mishandling" classified documents.

Thanks to See-Dub for the tip.

Flashback Funny: Mystical Artifacts Removed From Top-Secret Government Warehouse; Sandy Berger Claims "Mishandling" of Ark of the Covenant "Entirely Inadvertent"

Man, I'm funny. I'm so funny sometimes people don't realize how fuckin' funny I am, and I have to keep re-posting the shit they were too stupid to know was funny until they finally get it through their stupid retard-brains and say, "Hey, you know what? That was some kind of fuckin' funny shit there, feller."

Gee, I hope one day *I* get to be National Security Advisor.

It'd sure make working with classified material sooo much easier then it us for us peons.

Sigh. . .

Cheers,
Dave at Garfield Ridge

Tell me about it. In my contractor days, I used to have nightmares about being in the parking lot and looking down and seeing a classified work-in-progress folder in my hand. Had I actually lifted any, I'd still be in prison.

Man..that riff at the end of the post by "Senator Phil A Buster" was fuckin' funny!

That dude really oughta start blogging.

Ace, your funny? Hadn't noticed.

Wolfowitz has been OK'd for the World Bank, too. He starts work June 1.

Posted by: Moonbat_One on March 31, 2005 09:53 PM

he did not have sox w/ those documents

Dave and SparcVark:

I'll second that! (Third that?) When I held a clearance, just knowing the combo to the safe was a cause for nightmares about making big rocks into little rocks. This man stuffs classified documents into his clothes, leaves the SCIF, then gets caught! and is only charged with a misdemeanor?

WTF!!??

I guess the rules that applied to us just vaporize if you're working for a "good cause" like bringing down a sitting president.

Uhm, maybe I'm misremembering, but didn't he claim to have 'lost' some of the documents he managed to get home with?

Gosh, if only Aldrich Aimes had thought to use that excuse!

Kevin Drum has a fun column where he just can't believe Burglar meant to steal anything.

Funny lefties.

funny that on a day when the intel report on WMDs gets all the talk going about recent intl failures back in the news, its a Clinton official that is pleading guilty of misshandling intel (covering up actually)

We should pass a law requiring all Democrat-appointed NSAs to wear stirrup pants at all times.
