Nowhere in the news article does it mention 'skinhead' punks. Some punks are simply disaffected youth who don't want to wear whatever the trend du' jour happens to be. They don't all hate jews and blacks.

I know I tend to get hung up on things that don't exactly deal with the main point, but the "4-inch knife" seems kind of stupid to me. If it was a 6-inch knife should we feel worse? A 2-inch knife, not so much? Maybe we'll soon hear about it being a "combat style" knife and then we can really feel terrible about it. Kind of like when a pedestrian gets struck by an "SUV."
