I guess they do not want to be accused of reminding americans about Chappaquiddick. I personally think they should have done the cartoon about the Gonzalez hearings where he had the unbelievable gall to talk about waterboard torture and making a prisoner feel as though they were drowning.

I mean I guess leaving Miss Copekne to drown was not really torture, he was confused. Maybe he was so drunk he forgot she was in the car?

Slamming Kennedy is like swearing in public in the 1950's - it just wasn't done because it wasn't "proper".

Problem is, now it is the medium defining what is proper, not the society. If the media would get a grasp on reality and stop spinning our society deeper into a pit of garbage, then what has happened since Mary Jo wouldn't be an issue because Teddy would have served time in total disgrace.
