NBC Calls Ohio for Bush

Kerry camp now arguing that the numbers haven't been fully counted and are about to shift massively; also argues that two hundred thousand "provisional ballots" may alter outcome.

Fuck these cocksuckers. Not again. No way.

Plus, just think how bad it hurts Hilly's chances in 04.

Posted by: AndrewF on November 3, 2004 01:09 AM

To the Kerrys: SIT DOWN, SHUT UP AND SHOVE IT!!

Posted by: Philip on November 3, 2004 01:12 AM

NBC called Ohio for Bush. What's even better? Carville just called the election for Bush. Mheh.

Posted by: physics geek on November 3, 2004 01:12 AM

NM is going Bush's way, too, from what I have heard.

Keep your fingers crossed. Oh, and give the Camels and Illamas some water.

Keep Spitting, people.

I am wearing a groove in my wood desk.

Bush is up in Iowa now too

Posted by: Kevin on November 3, 2004 01:16 AM

Hey ACE:

I think, (according to NRO) that Iowa just went for Bush!!

Does this put him over the top? I am going from cautiously optimistic to cautiously ecstatic!

Posted by: BattleofthePyramids on November 3, 2004 01:16 AM

c'mon, ace, give us kim richards. we got this one.

Posted by: francisthegreat on November 3, 2004 01:19 AM

Avenge me, Ohioans !!!!

Posted by: on November 3, 2004 01:19 AM

NO!!! NO kim richards, no fucking cowbell, no siren. OHIO decides all. Once OH falls - so does any prayer John Kerry potentially had. NOT until then tho. Then again, this isn't my blog, so Ace, feel free to jinx it :P

Posted by: fat kid on November 3, 2004 01:22 AM

That's about the funniest thing I've seen all day, Son of Goose.

Posted by: Alex on November 3, 2004 01:22 AM

Carville called it for W.

I want Kim Richards, buck ass nekkid, stat!

Posted by: blaster on November 3, 2004 01:25 AM

Oh, btw, we gotta get ahold of someone from FL who's been subject to all the 527 ads. I talked to a buddy of mine earlier, and there is some CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZY ass shit on TV down there lately. Stuff that'd make you sick to your stomach. Not that it effin matters, but only to serve as criticizm of McCain-Feingold - which sucks ass.

Posted by: fat kid on November 3, 2004 01:26 AM

I can't put up Kim Richards until we've actually won, which we haven't.

"There is a latent homophobia in this country." - Ron Jr. The left never seems to amaze me with their appreciation of democracy which is limited to what they agree with.

Hey Fox, give Scarborough a job. Don't leave a brother out in the cold with these douch-bags.

Posted by: Dear Johns on November 3, 2004 01:29 AM

Mary beth cahill just called it - Kerry's gonna win OH - could this be the strategy of "declare in advance" they were chattin about?!?!?!?

Posted by: FAT KId on November 3, 2004 01:30 AM

Bush is up by 130,000 votes in Ohio with 90% of precincts counted. I don't think even the Dems' awesome vote-stealing machine can nix that.

LOL - ok, that's funny, but props for keeping Kim Richards off the front page!! Seriously.

kerry's contesting ohio totals

Posted by: w on November 3, 2004 01:33 AM

90 % of the vote in and they won't give ohio to Bush...I tell you this sucks. However, I think we can say that it looks good for W in Ohio and has all night. NM looks good and that is all we need, also 90 % in, plus Iowa is now a Bush state with 91 % in...lets hope. Keep your fingers crossed and spit, spit.

Posted by: carl on November 3, 2004 01:34 AM

The only thing left for Kerry to do is to spend hi last 15 minutes of fame re-uniting the country that Al Gore divided back in 200 by walking away gracefully and acknowledging Bush's victory immediately and publicly. There are not enough ballots outstanding in Ohio to swing this vote. He simply cannot win and to act otherwise is simply delusional. If he actually cares for this country, then he should conceed gracefully and heal the wounds of 2000.

Posted by: Dacotti on November 3, 2004 01:34 AM

I agree -- hold off till Kerry's lawyer concedes.

kerry's contesting ohio totals

Did anyone expect anything else from a guy who has spent the last year demostrating he will do anything to win. This guy would shit down your mother's throat if it advanced his worthless ass.

Posted by: Dear Johns on November 3, 2004 01:36 AM

Wait, lets be patient. There are too many votes left. ABC will not call Ohio because of the provisional ballots.

Posted by: Midaz on November 3, 2004 01:47 AM

I just pulled out the "BIG GUNS" - polished off that 12-year bottle of Macallan and ran over to Vons to purchase my 18-year old bottle. Just dropped $120 to "make sure" OH votes the way I'd like. Cross your fingers folks. This is gonna be the nastiness of this election!

Pics up on the blog!!

Posted by: fat kid on November 3, 2004 01:47 AM

How are things going in Wisconsin, Nevada and New Mexico? If Bush wins all three, Ohio won't matter because he will have more than enough electoral college votes to make sure that even a successful Kerry challenge in Ohio would only throw the election to the House, which Republicans still control.

Posted by: BattleofthePyramids on November 3, 2004 01:48 AM

I have just one thing to say:

Hey Hokey! KILL THE PIG, BABY! :-)

Posted by: The Black Republican on November 3, 2004 01:52 AM

Wisconsin = ugly if i remember correctly. MI = uglier, NV and NM are pretty close as well. OH is the deal breaker. That, and any other (1) state seals the deal. OH is the killer.

Posted by: fat kid on November 3, 2004 01:52 AM

Fox just said that the Kerry camp are looking at New Mexico as well, Buish is winning by 5% there with nearly 90% of the vote in.

Strange that NH gets called for Kerry with 92% in, and a 49-52 split while the same for Bush is not called.

I think someone from Ohio said it would take 11 days to count the additional votes in Ohio.

I don't trust Cuyahoga County, it is a left wing cess pool run by left wing tools.

Posted by: DelphiGuy on November 3, 2004 01:53 AM

I wouldn't count on Wisconsin; NM looks solid; NV, can't say. Yahoo shows it a dead heat with just a slight edge for Bush, but it's only 49% of precincts reporting at the moment.

I'd like Bush to just not need Ohio. I can see what's coming there: The 2000 Legal-o-rama redux. Which is good because, you know, I kind of missed my peptic ulcer.

Posted by: ilyka on November 3, 2004 01:53 AM

Fat Kid,

Please tell me you didn't give those numb-nuts on Alicia $120 for an 18-yr old. I'm not much on blends, but if you're going to drop that kind of scratch, go with the Johnny Blue.

I will give you the Balvenie I have left to stop you form doing this.

Posted by: Dear Johns on November 3, 2004 01:54 AM

BTW, peter jennings can SUCK MY F*CKING C*CK. I'm watching ABC, and this smug asshole has the glibbest most shit-eating grin on his face that he's "unable" to give the state to Bush. I wanna shit on this guys' face...

Posted by: fat kid on November 3, 2004 01:54 AM

Dear Johns, unfortunately, its' bought and paid for. :( Again, Peter Jennings can suck my p*nis.

Posted by: fat kid on November 3, 2004 01:56 AM

Then allow me to congratulate you on your choice of single malts. It took me a few years to determine that blends were for posers. This and your political bent show you to be wise beyond your years.

At your age, I was dodging Federales at a TJ donkey show.

Posted by: Dear Johns on November 3, 2004 02:01 AM

Dear Johns: blends? Blends? What the fuck are you talking about? Macallan is a single malt. Johnnie Walker Blue Label is the biggest rip-off known to mankind. It's drunk by people who think that dropping $150 on a bottle of Scotch automatically means you're a connoisseur. I'm drinking 12 y.o. Caol Ila at the moment and it's way superior to anything Johnnie Walker will ever make. It costs less than Black Label.

New Mexico's in the bag for Bush. Nevada just swung into the Bush column as rural precincts reported. Bush is gaining on Kerry in Wisconsin. He's ahead in Iowa with 96% of the precincts reporting. All four is an Ohio-proof 27 votes. Less WI its 17.

Posted by: David Gillies on November 3, 2004 02:06 AM

David Gillies,

I swear to Christ, don't challenge me on my scotch.

Then allow me to congratulate you on your choice of single malts

Follow the thread. Fat Kid linked an image of the Macallan which is a single malt. I can name a dozen Islay Single malts more worthy of this kind of capital outlay. But if you're gonna blow this kind of coin at a supermarket at 11:00pm, buy something with some kind of bragging rights. Johhny Blue, while a blend, was put in the caskets when FDR was still in the White House. 60 years, bitch. DO NOT question my scotch knowledge, junior.

Posted by: Dear Johns on November 3, 2004 02:15 AM

Yeah, sorry DJ. Misread you. But I still maintain that you can get more* whisky for less money than Johnnie Blue. For $150 I can buy a bottle of Ardbeg cask strength and have enough change for a bottle of Glenmorangie port-wood finish (I'm definitely an Islay malt guy). BTW: which Balvenie? I like the Double Wood myself. If you've not had Caol Ila yet, trust me. It's good. Anyway, peace. I'm not impugning your knowledge.

As for the real matter at hand, looks like 3/4 of the remaining states that CNN is too pussy to call will go red.

* and I don't mean 'more' as in volume.

Posted by: David Gillies on November 3, 2004 02:30 AM

I'm a DoubleWood man; 12 years is just about right. Thank you for your gracious rephrasing. You are a gentleman.

Actually, I'm still working on the Islays. They are a tough nut to crack. For those reading that are not Scotch enthusiasts, understand: Scotch is something you need to teach yourself to drink/understand.

I agree, the remaining states should probably go Red. But the dems are drawing battle lines right now which will cost them in 2 and 4 years from now.

Posted by: Dear Johns on November 3, 2004 02:43 AM

For his logic to be correct, all provisional and absentee ballots would have to be counted and he would have to win a least 75% of them. Not gonna happen.

@TCNetwork

The people in charge [Jews, of course -- ace] don't want you to know this, but Muslims love Jesus.

Islam reveres Him as a major prophet and messenger of the Lord, believes He performed miracles, and states that He will return to Earth to defeat the Antichrist. That's why Donald Trump's painting depicting himself as the Son of God offended the president of Iran. It was an attack on his religion as well as Christianity.

Trump's trolling tweet was ill-advised, but Tucker is just lying when he claims the Christianity-hating President of Iran was "offended" by this.
He's one step away from announcing his official conversion to Islam. He literally never stops praising Islam. Well, he suddenly became Christian two years ago, there's not much stopping him from converting again.
You can track Tuq'r's official conversion to Islam with this Bingo card.
