John Kerry: "I actually supported my country during the Vietnam War, before I aided the enemy's propaganda efforts"

More cognitive dissonance for you. Hard to believe, but it turns out that the North Vietnamese government strongly approved of John Kerry's version of "patriotism":

The communist regime in Hanoi monitored closely and looked favorably upon the activities of the Vietnam Veterans Against the War during the period Senator Kerry served most actively as the group's spokesman and a member of its executive committee, two captured Viet Cong documents suggest.

The documents - one dubbed a "circular" and the other a "directive" - were captured in 1971 and are part of a trove of material from the war currently stored at the Vietnam Archive at Texas Tech University at Lubbock. Originally organized by Douglas Pike, a major scholar who is now deceased, the archive contains more than 20 million documents. ... Their authenticity was confirmed by Stephen Maxner, archivist at the Vietnam Archive.

The two documents provide a glimpse of the favorable way the Viet Cong viewed the activities in which Mr. Kerry was involved. ...

The CDEC cover sheet of the "Directive" indicates it was "acquired" on May 12, 1971. The cover sheet itself is dated June 30, 1971, and is entitled "VC Efforts to Back Antiwar Demonstrations in the United States." It shows a detailed knowledge of such VVAW activities as the Dewey Canyon demonstration on the Mall in Washington in April 1971, mentioning the "return of their medals." And the Saigon American military intelligence cover sheet dates the information in that document as being assembled in Vietnam only a week after the Washington VVAW demonstration had taken place.

The CDEC Viet Cong document titled "Circular on Antiwar Movements in the US" notes, "The spontaneous antiwar movements in the US have received assistance and guidance from the friendly (VC/NVN) delegations at the Paris Peace Talks." It also notes that "The seven-point peace proposal (of the SVN Provisional Revolutionary Government) [the Viet Cong proposal advanced by one of its envoys, Madame Binh, operating out of Paris] not only solved problems concerning the release of US prisoners but also motivated the people of all walks of life and even relatives of US pilots detained in NVN to participate in the antiwar movement."

More here and here.

World Net Daily provides the money quote:

Kerry insists he attended the talks only because he happened to be in France on his honeymoon and maintains he met with both sides. But previously revealed records indicate the future senator made two, and possibly three, trips to Paris to meet with Viet Cong leader Madame Nguyen Thi Binh then promote her plan's demand for U.S. surrender.

Jerome Corsi, a specialist on the Vietnam era, told WND the new discoveries are the "most remarkable documents I've seen in the entire history of the antiwar movement."

"We're not going to say he's an agent for Vietnamese communists, but it's the next thing to it," he said. "Whether he was consciously carrying out their direction or naively doing what they wanted, it amounted to the same thing -- he advanced their cause."

Thanks to JohnG.

Blogging is so damn easy when stuff like this just appears in your mailbox, as if delivered by right-wing elves.

Cool Update! Turns out that one of the guys actually researching this and verifying the documents was a blogger I've occasionally read. He's got more on the story. Plus, it's a bit of the story behind the story.

Kudos to you, In the Bullpen. Keep slicing like an f'n' hammer.

This particular right-wing elf/underpants gnome sent you another "missing explosives" analysis piece that synchs up with what Drudge is now reporting.

Or, read it here:

I found the online archives where the documents in question were kept.

I've got the two documents on my site in PDF format. I can't find when the documents were uploaded, however.

SLANDERER-IN-CHIEF?

In his 1972 riveting testimony John Kerry detailed to the Congress and the world the many atrocities committed in Viet Nam as reported to him by fellow veterans. While he laid the blame at the top the actions themselves were supposedly committed by the troops on the ground. It was the troops, not the leaders, who ultimately bore the stains of this testimony. Testimony it turns out that was largely false, a slander. A slander that John Kerry remains proud of to this very day. Indeed, it sets a pattern that is foundational to his current campaign to become Commander-in-Chief.
John Kerry blames our failure to decimate Al Queda to the man at Tora Bora on President Bush. But, to get there he implicitly lays the blame on the commanders in the field. It is they who made the decisions about what troops and equipment to use. It was they who decided to work with locals. It was they who failed at the point of direct action, if there was any failure here at all. Kerry stains them to achieve his higher goal, just as he stained our soldiers in Viet Nam. But, of course, an abundance of evidence exists that Tora Bora was an unqualified success, evidence conveniently ignored by John Kerry since it interferes mightily with his higher goal of portraying President Bush as incompetent. So, slandering the troops once again is his weapon of choice.
Today we see Kerry blaming President Bush for a failure to secure high powered explosives. And how does one get there. Well, once again it is the troops and commanders in the field who would have been most directly able to take the correct action and apparently failed to do so. Once again the troops are stained in order to achieve the higher goal. And, once again it is all a slander. The troops are slandered, the President is crippled, but the goal is advanced.
In my opinion Lynn Cheney made the most complete and insightful characterization of John Kerry when she announced that “This is not a good man.” Moreover, the notion that there is even a remote likelihood that we would elect such a man to this nation’s office speaks very directly to the level of “goodness” present in this country.

STOP KERRY’s TROOP SLANDER! VOTE BUSH!

Collaborating with the enemy in time of was is Treason. Since Vietnam wasn't a declared "war", Kerry got to skate.

But yeah, he is a TRAITOR; a traitor who might end up as president.

Just remember that thatis presidential candidate was collaborating witht he enemy while American kids were getting killed and wouded by that enemy.

In response to someone asking why the video tape doesn't show Tyler Robinson's face (PS, it does, but it's crappy video so it's blurry):

Candace Owens
@RealCandaceO

Because as I demonstrated on my show, there were MANY young men that all woke up and decided to dress in Maroon shirts and light shorts on the day of the Charlie's assassination.

The footage can be any one of these young men and in my opinion is likely multiple of them.

If Tyler Robinson's defense would like to contact me-- I'd be happy to supply them the folder of the maroon boys that I began archiving when I noticed the bizarre fashion trend.

I have thus far ID'd two of them, but will focus on IDing the rest of them when I am back on air.

I have maintained that the Feds had multiple decoy maroon boys on the ground that day. Without a clear image, they certainly cannot declare it is Tyler Robinson which is why all the Zionist influencers are hoping they can simply hypnotize the public into trusting blurry images and videos.
For such an "open and shut case" they have thus far provided ZERO evidence of anything outside of a criminal government conspiracy, the likes of which hasn't been seen since the JFK assassination.
More "fedslop" that Cavernous Nostrils is too smart to be taken in by:

Blake Neff

BREAKING: Lance Twiggs says that Robinson admitted to him in-person on Sept. 11 that the message he had sent the night before (presumably, messages sent while he was trying to retrieve his rifle the night of Sept 10) was true. He says Robinson told him "He wishes he hadn't done it."
Fenix Ammunition
@FenixAmmunition

Photos of the ammunition recovered from Tyler Robinson.

Remington headstamp on the case and despite the somewhat low resolution on the photo you can see the somewhat blunted nature of the projectile's tip.

This is a Remington Cor-Lokt soft point round. It's SPECIFICALLY designed to deform, slow down, and prevent an exit wound. Available at literally every single gun store and sporting goods store that sells ammunition.

In fact, 16 out of the 17 .30-06 varieties manufactured by Remington use some type of expanding, deforming, or fragmenting bullet. Only ONE of their products uses a full metal jacket projectile that could/would be expected to leave an exit wound.

Here's a clip of them sitting in my desk.

This has been the most easily debunked claim of their entire web of lies and it's really mind blowing considering this is exactly what you would choose for an assassination.

But yeah, definitely keep getting all your information from the DEI hire and the Portland pizza boy. I'm sure they know more about this than I do.

Post here, showing Tyler Robinson's ammunition, matching this guy's own box. And it is an expanding-tip hollow-point round.

Boy these Internet Experts (TM) sure do get a lot of things wrong.
