« Boston Globe's Wake-Up Call Earlier than Expected | Main | Did CBSNews Lie to Maj. Gen. Hodges to Dishonestly Cadge a False "Second Source"? »

Political Partisan Pajama Party!

Michelle Malkin writes:

Rather says the bloggers who broke the Forgerygate story are savvy "partisan political operatives" presumably affiliated with the Bush campaign and/or RNC, but Jonathen Klein says they are a bunch of guys sitting around the living room in their pajamas.

Umm... can't we be both?

In a Man on the Street interview (my first!) that of course means nothing, I noticed a guy open the New York Post to the below-linked "Rather Forges Ahead" story.

"Crazy, isn't it?" I vaguely offered. That's how conservatives offer their politics in New York-- vaguely, not necessarily committing to one party/point of view or the other.

"It's the most ridiculous hoax," my subject said. "It's the most unbelievable forgery I've ever heard of."

Smiles.

"This is it!" Climactic-Titanic-Sinking Update: Why would CBS lie to Major Hodges and tell him the documents in question were handwritten?

Grab some flotsam and start blowing your whistle, Dan.

At this point, I think it's time to remind everyone that:

Dan Rather Lied about His Own Military Record.

thank you.

It might be remembered that Joseph Rochefort, the cryptologist who gave us victory at Midway, was known for working in pajamas, a dressing gown, and slippers.

I think it's time to party. May I suggest Gordon Lightfoot's Get out Old Dan's Records?

I heard Klein's comments on Fox News while literally sitting in my living room, blogging about memogate in my teddy bear pajamas. No shit.

There’s still a chance that the CBS memo is real. There’s an equally probable chance that my wife will have all the ladies from this season’s Apprentice over to my apartment this January to have an underpants tickle fight as a surprise birthday present.

What is the UK Regime's plan for protecting the citizens from the savage criminals they've foisted on the populace? They offer NONE. They do, however, have a plan for protecting the savage criminals from the citizens: The citizens must STAY CALM and not get angry and not share videos of citizens being attacked by savage criminals.
The public keeps saying "protect us from the foreign savages you have imported against our wishes and over our objections" and the UK branch of The Regime keeps proposing plans to protect the foreign savages from the public. Soclose to what the public is demanding, just, you know, the complete opposite.
Just a thought: Maybe you wouldn't have to worry about the public attacking the savage criminals if you actually introduced a plan to protect the public from the savage criminals. Maybe they wouldn't feel as if it was necessary for them to protect the public through self-help.
