Is Micah Wright Really Worth My Valuable Time?Is this lying shit worth your valuable time? He's not. But, if you want to know what "Ranger Wright" has been up to lately... den Beste catches Ranger Wright's Battalion of Truth spreading lies about his Jalvert, Jim Treacher. Basically, Wright noticed that Treacher and another blogger named Kevin Parrott had the same DNS look-up on WhoIs? (Yeah, I have no good idea what that means, either.) Wright concluded: Treacher and Parrott are liars! Just like me! It's actualy the same person, pretending to be two people!! That's just as bad a lie as my lie! Uh-huh. Either that or Kevin Parrott hosts Treacher's site. Just like Pixy Misa hosts this site. One or the other, Ranger Wright. Either/or. Either he's a liar just like you, or else he, like a thousand other bloggers, have a site hosted by someone else. Ranger Wright gets all tough with Jim Treacher in an email exchange. If you don't know who Ranger Wright is, well, go here, and start at the last, bottomest post and work your way back up as you see fit. You will be forgiven for not knowing who he is, or not caring to learn. He's a nobody and a never-was. Plus, he's an admitted liar. Update: Apparently Ranger Wright deleted his posts on the subject (Rangers always "cover their tracks," you know), but Treacher has discovered this repost of Ranger Wright's outstanding Internet Detective-work. posted by Ace at 04:35 PM

So, are you telling us that you and Pixy Misa are one and the same? Posted by: Scott R. on June 16, 2004 04:57 PM
Maybe Ranger Wright thinks "Who Is" is like the Magic 8-ball and it literally answers the question. So if you type in "Superman" it'll respond with "Clark Kent." The only question is, How can we keep this nefarious technology from falling into Lex Luthor's hands? Posted by: Nicholas Kronos on June 16, 2004 05:05 PM
I just queried whois and it doesn't just tell you who the person's real identity is. It actually shows you a picture. And here's me, caught blogging. Posted by: on June 16, 2004 05:10 PM
Heh. I was really curious as to who that picture would end up displaying as "me." You nailed it. Guilty as charged. And I'm not saying that I am Pixy Misa, but I'm also not saying I'm not. Let's just say we've never been photographed together. As far as I know. Posted by: ace on June 16, 2004 05:28 PM
The only reason to read about Micah Wright is if you've a novelist's interest in character. The story's a morality play, in several acts. A character with a great deal going for him, some talent, a certain ability with words, trapped by a character flaw he can't seem to see or control. This latest episode demonstrates it clearly. The only problem in this story is the tendency to try to diagnose his mental problem. He doesn't have a mental illness, he has a character flaw. Sad, but fascinating to watch. Please note that den beste has posted a cryptic update. Doesn't change the fact that Wright is a serial liar, but does suggest that there may be more or less to the most recent incident than posted. Posted by: Phil on June 17, 2004 11:45 AM
No doubt it's a character flaw, but it also shows many of the symptoms of Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Pretty much all of them, actually. Posted by: Jim Treacher on June 17, 2004 12:24 PM

In response to someone asking why the video tape doesn't show Tyler Robinson's face (PS, it does, but it's crappy video so it's blurry):
Candace OwensFor such an "open and shut case" they have thus far provided ZERO evidence of anything outside of a criminal government conspiracy, the likes of which hasn't been seen since the JFK assassination.
