Finally: Cheney Cites Hussein-Al Qaeda Ties

Looks like he just teased it without providing the evidence.

But of course we know there is evidence.

And if Cheney made this statement in the midst of a Presidential campaign, it was no accident. They intend to make an issue of this, and all I can say is It's about time.

Oh yeah- I've been hoping they've been saving it for the campaign (we could use a boost: the al-qaeda/iarq link, the real WMD story, the duplicity of the intl community, ect.

Yes, I think it is all coming out, I just don't get why they sat on it so long. They've taken on a lot of water while the press and the world relentlessly shelled them on WMD and connections to terror.

Even today "respectable journalists" can say "no connections to terror" and not get called on it. I think that it may all get dismissed as spin.

Unless something , well, big happens.

Which is always possible.
