I am not so blind that I don't get that a lot of my traffic is due to my commenters wanting to read... my commenters, and not so much me.

I wouldn't sell yourself short. It sounds a little sycophantic to point out a host's importance to the party he throws 24/7 (and, frankly, most of the metaphors I came up with sounded maybe a tad gay), but this blog would obviously take a dive if you decided to. What is sort of sad is that peoplescube and blamebush do this stuff so much better than the sites you guys mentioned. 1 minute 58 secs and 1.5 page views.
