Ex-Raider Footballer Shoots at Siegfried & Roy Compound...to "warn the world" of the "threat" posed by the illusionists. The only "threat" these guys pose is to the endangered tigers they're always making disappear (seriously-- some of them must not come back; they can't be batting 1.000 when it comes to re-appearances), and, not to be insensitive, but it seems that the tigers pretty much took care of that threat already. Ford, 32, a former kicker for the Oakland Raiders, has been ruled incompetent to stand trial and sent to a mental health facility for treatment. Well, obviously. Laces out! Laces out! Thanks to NickS. More... from Dave at Garfield Ridge. Funny stuff. posted by Ace at 01:27 PM
Commentsnot to be insensitive, but it seems that the tigers pretty much took care of that threat already. Maybe he just wanted to finish the job. Posted by: CraigC on April 11, 2005 01:34 PM
Erm, I wouldn't really call the kicker a "footballer". They're more like soccer players who couldn't cut it. Posted by: fat kid on April 11, 2005 01:35 PM
Maybe he just wanted to finish the job. Maybe he was paid by the tiger. Posted by: ace on April 11, 2005 01:37 PM
Erm, I wouldn't really call the kicker a "footballer". They're more like soccer players Ummmm... how do you people keep missing my brilliance? Soccer player = footballer. At least in pansyish England. Am I the *only one* who understands the comedic integrity kick I'm on here? Posted by: ace on April 11, 2005 01:38 PM
Haven't had my coffee yet. Loose shit. OTOH who the fuck cares about england, or what they call that sissy sport anyway. Fuck you Ace! LOL Posted by: fat kid on April 11, 2005 01:40 PM
LOL -- and by the way, you're mother's giving me a cocoa-butter handjob as we speak. Posted by: ace on April 11, 2005 01:51 PM
Nevermind the handjob, that's not my Mom, it does look suspiciously like Cedarford - inquiring minds want to know who's salad you're tossing. Posted by: fat kid on April 11, 2005 01:57 PM
You know what I would like to see? A new group blog effort. Something like Ace/Allah/Goldstein vs Cedarford/VonKreedon/Downtown Lad. I mean, seriously. That would be some funny shit. Posted by: Jack M. on April 11, 2005 02:02 PM
Now, back to jacking Drudge's headlines. :P Posted by: fat kid on April 11, 2005 02:05 PM
That's right, and American Footballers are Rugby players who couldn't cut it, and opted for the game with all the padding and helmets. Posted by: English Rugby Player on April 11, 2005 02:12 PM
Sigh. . . fine, whatever, I know-- I didn't learn my lesson after the Pat O'Brien sex tapes fiasco. I must send you ALL my links. http://garfieldridge.typepad.com/garfieldridge/2005/04/exnfl_player_sa.html Cheers, Posted by: Dave at Garfield Ridge on April 11, 2005 02:35 PM
"That's right, and American Footballers are Rugby players who couldn't cut it, and opted for the game with all the padding and helmets." I'm sure this guy would respond angrily to your post right about now. You know, had he not died and all. Whole lotta good that padding does… Posted by: Richard on April 11, 2005 02:36 PM
Well American ruggers are sissies next to the "Aussie rules" maniacs. Posted by: fat kid on April 11, 2005 02:38 PM
>>some of them must not come back; they can't be batting 1.000 when it comes to re-appearances Dude, you *DO* know that the disappearing tiger is, like, an *ILLUSION*, right? They don't *REALLY* disappear and then re-appear, the magician only makes it look that way... Just a thought or two from a former magician. Posted by: tdothen on April 11, 2005 10:07 PM
Dude, you *DO* know that the disappearing tiger is, like, an *ILLUSION*, right? They don't *REALLY* disappear and then re-appear, the magician only makes it look that way... Uhhhh... yeah, I know. Are you kinda new here? I say a lot of silly shit on this site. Unless something is obviously a very-serious sort of piece, I'm most likely goofing around or just making up complete lies. The only stuff I'm really dumb about is what is "new" and "hot" on this innovation we call INTERNET. Posted by: ace on April 11, 2005 10:16 PM
I'm thinking Siegfried & Roy could be the solution to the solid waste "crisis" in America. They can just make all that shit disappear. No more overflowing landfills. No more having to schlep my recycle bins to the curb on every Tuesday morning. Sweeeeeet. Posted by: Michael on April 12, 2005 01:16 AM
Do you think Willis et al will try to find a way to pin this on Tom DeLay? Posted by: Ira on April 12, 2005 10:15 AM
