It had to happen eventually.

Talk about 'making news...' sheesh.

Well. That's *one* way to jack up the Sitemeter.

Horrible story.

Figures that it'd be a LiveJournal user.

I swear, the site is a nesting ground for teenage goth girls who secretly want to kill their parents.

Posted by: Nichole kazmin on November 28, 2004 09:26 PM

True, Dave - a common LJ complaint is "no one ever gives me comments!" Well, she doesn't have to worry about that now.

The whole business is sick. Is Rachelle weirdly reminiscent of Pauline Parker or am I just overanalyzing?

Posted by: Sonetka on November 28, 2004 09:27 PM

And her comments are up over 5,000 or so. Given the ones they're leaving up, I can only imagine what many of the marked "deleted" comments were. Bizarre.
Then there is the legal ramification that a minor's name is being bounced all over the MSM. Technology sure is changing the world, what?

Posted by: Dan on November 28, 2004 09:28 PM

True, Nichole - this isn't going to enhance their reputation any. But I have to put in a word for them; I have a livejournal account and read several others, which are a lot of fun. Not coincidentally, all of them are written by people over the age of twenty-five; less of the teenage-girl factor and more of the "I'm too lazy to use Typepad, plus I like the friending system."

Posted by: Sonetka on November 28, 2004 09:29 PM

They leave her LJ up, but took down the LiveJournal of Anne Frank?

Posted by: Moonbat_One on November 28, 2004 09:37 PM

Her last couple of blog entries are chilling, especially the one after she knew her mom was dead. Yikes.

I hope the MSM doesn't go nuts on this story like they did with the "day trader" who went on a killing spree a few years ago. HEADLINE: ALL BLOGGERS ARE DANGEROUS KILLERS JUST WAITING TO SNAP!!!!!

Posted by: Sharkman on November 28, 2004 09:41 PM

Jesus. All the freakazoids are on LJ, eh?

Well, with notable exceptions. I'm thinking that there's going to be a major clean up over at LJ. And my account was deleted a while back, thankgawd.

Eeeesh.

Ace!

Totally unrelated comment!

Drudge has a story up(almost certainly hyped/false) about a paralyzed South Korean woman walking again.

But wait a minute-- I thought we needed a *Kerry* Administration to witness this miracle?

Cheers,

I guess her sucky life is now truly, very, very sucky. At least she doesn't have to change the title of her blog.

Posted by: Justin on November 28, 2004 11:04 PM

Thank you, thank you, moral relativists everywhere! Thanks for making it possible, nay, easy! for nasty little teenage hoodlums to murder 'just cos we feel like it.'

We hardly know what we'd do without you or the ACLU.

ANOTHER LEFT WING ASSASSIN ATTEMPTS TO KILL TRUMP
If I understand this, the left-wing Democrat assassin attempted to get into the White House Correspondents Association dinner, and was stopped at the magnetometers, which detected his gun. I guess he pulled out the gun and was shot by Secret Service agents.
Erika Kirk was present.

Important Message from Recent Convert to Christianity and Yet Super-Serious Christian Tuq'r Qarlson: Actually Muslims love Jesus, it's Trump and his neocons who hate him
Tucker Carlson Network
@TCNetwork

The people in charge [Jews, of course -- ace] don't want you to know this, but Muslims love Jesus.

Islam reveres Him as a major prophet and messenger of the Lord, believes He performed miracles, and states that He will return to Earth to defeat the Antichrist. That's why Donald Trump's painting depicting himself as the Son of God offended the president of Iran. It was an attack on his religion as well as Christianity.

Trump's trolling tweet was ill-advised, but Tucker is just lying when he claims the Christianity-hating President of Iran was "offended" by this.
He's one step away from announcing his official conversion to Islam. He literally never stops praising Islam. Well, he suddenly became Christian two years ago, there's not much stopping him from converting again.
You can track Tuq'r's official conversion to Islam with this Bingo card.

People say that the bearded man in the video of Fartwell molesting a hooker looks like Democrat Arizona Senator Rueben Gallego, said to be Swalwell's "best friend" and known to take vacations with him.
@KFILE 21m

Politico is reporting that multiple people have abruptly resigned from Eric Swalwell's gubernatorial campaign: "Members of senior leadership have departed the campaign, including Courtni Pugh, a strategic adviser who served as Swalwell's top liaison to organized labor groups."

So the campaign is collapsing due to the truth of the sexual harassment allegations.
That hissing sound you hear is the air going out of the Swalwell campaign. UPDATE: No it wasn't, it was just Swalwell one-cheek-sneaking out a fart on camera

Oil prices plunge on bizarre realization that Eric Swalwell may actually be straight. A rapey molester, allegedly, but a straight one.
Classic Rock Mystery Click
This is super-obscure and I only barely remember it. Given that, I'll give you the hint that it's by the Red Rocker.
And I guess you think you've got it made
Oh, but then, you never were afraid
Of anything that you've left behind
Oh, but it's alright with me now
'Cause I'll get back up somehow
And with a little luck, yes, I'm bound to win

Now twenty people will tell me it's not obscure, it was huge in their hometown and played at their prom. That's how it usually goes. When I linked Donnie Iris's "Love is Like a Rock," everyone said they knew that one and that his other song (which I didn't know at all) Ah Leah! was huge in their area.
