The SwiftVets Aren't PlayingBill from INDC mentions their newest endorser, Col. "Bud" Day, Medal of Honor winner and POW. Meanwhile, RedState both scores a blogging coup and also creates further "shadowy links" between the right wing blogosphere and the SwiftVets by being invited to watch the filming of the next SwiftVets ad. The SwiftVets appear poised to hit hard: We have agreed not to discuss details of this ad in advance. We can report that it will be the most crippling blow delivered so far from a group that almost certainly single-handedly derailed the initial momentum of the Kerry campaign in August. Sure, sounds a little breathless and all, but I'm inclined to think this will at least be one of their stronger ads. And this ad will have something the other ads didn't-- real money behind it, and real paid-media exposure. posted by Ace at 01:50 AM
CommentsSeeing that first Swift Vet ad after Kerry's shameless pimping of his war record was like a heroin rush. I give these guys a $25 donation for every ad they produce. And you can see the impact they had if you look at the price graph of the Iowa Electionic Market. It's astonishing. These guys did an unbelievable service to this country by doing their best to keep a guy like Kerry out of the White House. Posted by: Moonbat_One on October 12, 2004 02:00 AM
Boy, that sounds exciting. But Ace, you forgot to call them "Swift Boat LIARS For Truth". Haven't you gotten the memo? Under McCain-Feingold, they had to change their name. Plus there was already a reggae band called Swift Boat Veterans for Truth. Posted by: Johnny Walker Red on October 12, 2004 02:18 AM
Before jumping all over me, I want to make sure everybody knows my above comment was a joke. Posted by: Johnny Walker Red on October 12, 2004 02:20 AM
I understand they will have Vets, including the Royalty of all Soldiers - the POWs - say one after another that Kerry is a louse - for various reasons. I sort of wish they would also run a quickie on the VVAW terror plot to assassinate 6 Congressional leaders. The one that Kerry denied involved in until witnesses - inc. one called by Kerry's henchman to "change his memory of events" said Kerry was there. Then the FBI FOIA report nailed Kerry as definitely being at the 1971 Kansas City VVAW meeting. Senator Kerry then claimed he had no memory of discussing killing some of the Senators he testified in front of, in offices he hoped to be in one day. His staff called it "an interesting historical footnote to a controversial but long-ago time". Yeah, right! Kerry's biggest lie of all, even if witnesses said he strongly and persuasively argued against killing the Congressional leaders at the meeting. Kerry the lying patrician terror plotter. What is disturbing is that Kerry refuses to release all of his records. Apparantly, he was NOT dishonorable discharged, his reason for refusing the relase, and his records were obviously 'cleaned' a little by Clinton before he left office in 2001. This is an important issue, and since a suit was placed in court for Bush's files, I find it disturbing that nobody looks into Kerry's files, who would reveal the dark character of Kerry. As Kash Patel takes over as FBI head, unpardoned election-rigger Peter Strzok deletes his entire twitter history
My speculation: what he's really deleting are his DMs, which probably feature a fair few Deep State operatives coordinating with him. Don't worry, Elon Musk will resurrect those DMs. Dick Durbin says Patel is a rilly bad guy, you guys I prefer the heat. I can always wear shorts and flip-flops if it gets hot. But when it's below freezing it's not like I can just put pants on.-- Disinterested FDA Director
More fraudulent journalism at CBS: 60 Minutes interviewed two people who lost their jobs as a result of DOGE overhauling USAID. Kristina Drye & Adam Dubard emoted on behalf of thousands of USAID employees who have been terminated, but neither Kristina nor Adam was actually an employee of USAID. Clever word parsing and dishonest editing conveyed otherwise. [Buck]

Axios focus group: 11 out of 11 swing voters support Trump and Musk's actions, particularly their cuts to the federal budget
Axios notes that voters aren't buying the newest Dem op, which claims that the 100-billionaire Musk spent millions to get Trump elected so that he could raid the Social Security office and steal $700 checks from grandmas. For some reason! lol, eat a dick, Axios

Trump to rude witchface c**t Kaitlin Collins: "Excuse me, we haven't asked you to speak yet"
Update: Trump pummels a female CNN reporter who sounds like Barbra-Streisand-nosed Kaitlin Collins Her "question" -- her declaration thinly disguised as a question -- is that Russia could just withdraw its troops from Ukraine, so why do we need peace negotiations? Well, Genius, because armies that are winning do not just walk away without getting the losing army to give them something. It's so f***ing stupid. I think they're all autistic.
