Sorry to scare you with the red font headline, but that's how the " " " Mainstream " " " media is playing this story and I want to prove I'm a Real Journalist Too.

Trump did know Epstein socially. A bit. They were both rich people who lived in Palm Beach. Of course they crossed paths.

And when he found out more about Epstein, he did what we'd hope he'd have done: He called the cops.

Newly unsealed Department of Justice documents reveal that in July 2006, then businessman Donald Trump was one of the first to call police to warn them about sex predator Jeffrey Epstein.

The documents include a previously unreported 2019 FBI interview summary with former Palm Beach police chief Michael Reiter. Trump had contacted the department shortly after reports of Epstein's criminal sex investigation became public.

The future president contacted Reiter to express relief that authorities were finally acting, suggesting his associates in New York had described Epstein's behaviors as "disgusting," and advised investigators to focus on Ghislaine Maxwell, whom he described as "evil."

"Thank goodness you're stopping him, everyone has known he's been doing this," Trump reportedly told the Palm Beach Police Department.

"TRUMP told him people in New York knew EPSTEIN was disgusting. TRUMP said MAXWELL was EPSTEIN's operative, 'she is evil and to focus on her,' the report continues.

The president also noted that he had witnessed Epstein in the presence of teenagers and was apparently dismayed by what he saw and "got the hell out of there."

The left will claim that the fact Trump knew enough about Epstein to report him to the cops somehow proves that Trump was diddling children with him, without ever explaining why a child-diddler would report a co-conspirator.

And I have to ask:

Did Bill Clinton ever call the cops on Epstein?

Did Hillary Clinton?

Did Charles Schumer?

Did Bill Gates?

I have long had a theory that what embarrasses Trump about Epstein is that he was an informer on Epstein. You might wonder, what's embarrassing about that?, but informers are regarded by some, especially on the criminal left, as like the worst thing possible.

I think it's pretty obvious Trump is a major, major gossip -- how many times have you heard him taunt a political opponent by hinting he knows "very bad things, very bad" about him? -- and likes hearing and spreading dirt about his enemies. He may be sensitive about this tendency.

But whether that's true or not, informing on a pedophile is a good and righteous thing and it proves, conclusively, that Trump was not involved in Epstein's nefarious child sex trafficking. Kiddie-diddlers do not call the cops on the Top Diddler who provided him with kiddies to diddle.

Prepare to hear a lot of claims from vicious, mentally-sick left-wing propagandists claiming "Uhhh, akkkshually, kiddie diddlers spontaneously call the cops on other diddlers all the time, akkkshually."

The media, of course, is framing the latest revelation not as 'Trump tried to warn authorities' but rather, as 'this contradicts the president's previous claims.'

From the Miami Herald:

That stands in sharp contrast to what Trump told reporters in July 2019 when he was asked if he had any knowledge that Epstein had molested girls. “No, I had no idea. I had no idea,” Trump said at the time.

Even with Trump calling the cops on Epstein, they're still trying to insinuate that akkkshually Trump must have been in on it, because he previously said "I had no idea."

That's not a "sharp contrast." It's not even a contrast. Someone can have suspicions without having actual knowledge.

And even though the media is now in the business of public defamation, Trump might have decided, as many people involved in these matters have decided, that it is legally dangerous to name names or accuse people of specific crimes without actual proof to back up those claims. The famous "20 Epstein Victims," for example, continue to say that they'd like to release the names but won't release the names because of fear of legal consequences.

Meanwhile, the Epstein files implicate another Democrat who didn't drop dime on Epstein so much as she offered political favors for cash: And yet the " " " mainstream " " " media writes no stories about the Strong Black Woman Pedophile-Enabler Stacey Plaskett.

Democratic Rep Stacey Plaskett Pressed Jeffrey Epstein To Fund Project That Would Allow Her To 'Completely Outperform' Opposition Emails show that Plaskett, using the pseudonym 'LeRoy Daughter,' asked Epstein to fund a one-year project to 'create a new voter file' for the Virgin Islands

"This project would allow us to completely outperform anyone in any race," wrote Plaskett. "Jeffrey, would really appreciate your support in the project and thoughts on our home and national scene."

It is unclear why Plaskett used an alternative email account in the exchange with Epstein.

Chuck Ross is being careful not to assert facts he cannot prove, but he knows the reason just as all of you do: Democrats routinely use these dummy email addresses to conduct their nefarious business so that their names are difficult to find when you search someone's correspondence in compliance with a court-issued subpoena.

As I've said, when you subpoena documents, you are not given free access to the other party's files. Instead, a judge orders you, the subpoenaed person, to conduct a search on your own documents, searching for highly-specific keywords and names (which are argued about by lawyers until a judge agrees on a tight list).

By simply always sending emails from pseudonymous accounts and deliberately misspelling keywords, you can defeat 90% of all court-ordered searches on your documents, telling the court, "Gee, I tried and tried, but could find no documents talking about bribes from Ukraine."

Because you know you deliberately misspelled all references to "bribes" as "Burisma salary" and all references to Joe Biden as "The Big Guy."

And we've seen FBI Straight-Shooting Democrat Operatives deliberately misspelling all key words in their emails in order to defeat a court-ordered search of their records.

The pseudonymous account, which appears to be a reference to Plaskett's father, LeRoy Plaskett, is copied on a July 11, 2018, email in which Plaskett invited Epstein to a campaign fundraiser in New York City.

The email adds to an existing pile of evidence that Plaskett was far closer to Epstein, both personally and politically, than she has conceded publicly. In November, Plaskett defended revelations that she exchanged text messages with Epstein during a February 2019 congressional hearing, describing the exchange as correspondence with a "constituent" who had sent her unsolicited messages. She denied that she had "a friendship" with Epstein, who was convicted in 2008 of soliciting a minor for prostitution.
