They police just took a pic of the Lance's phone, guys! Biggest assasination since JFK and they decided not to collect it and store it into evidence. Just trusted him and took a couple of cute pics for insta.

And now Lance has immunity.

And of course the judge ruled that the defense did not need to examine these messages for authenticity at this stage of the hearing.

She's just spamming out one new covering conspiracy theory after another. She says these must be fake, because the FBI wouldn't have just photographed the messages, they would have seized the phone. Well, they did seize the phone. They seized it and downloaded everything in its memory.

Also, they couldn't present the phone in court unless they could show clear chain-of-custody, and the defense didn't object -- therefore, the phone has been in the possession of the authorities after being taken from Tyler Robinson.

She also insists that Tyler Robinson can't be the killer seen on video because the guy on video is 6'2". She knows this height exactly, somehow. Just by eyeballing a video, where he's not standing next to any other person nor anything whose height is known.

And she claims that Robinson himself is "just over 5'10."

Except no, the police photo shows he's 6'0" or just a touch under.

Seeing that this contradicts her claim, she crops the photo to remove the top of Robinson's head and make him appear shorter.

She literally cropped the police photo to stop his head at just over 5'10"... even though we know heads aren't flat and so he's an inch and a half taller than what she shows:

Are you fucking kidding me here Cavernous? Even with the cropping he's over 5'11", and we still haven't seen the top of his head!

Oh there it is -- right around 6'0".

She's a retard and a maniac -- and she gets away with it only because her viewers are even crazier and stupider than she is.

And round and round we go. Nothing will ever satisfy these people. Even video footage of Tyler Robinson taking the shot would not satisfy these people because they're untethered from reality and convinced everyone from Israel to Robinson's defense team is on this.

You can't fight that type of psychosis with facts.

By the way, photos of the bullets reveal that they're hollow-points, intended to expand upon contact with a target. These bullets are designed to blow up into flat plates so that all of their energy goes into a target, and none comes out. That is, the bullet is designed to expend all of its kinetic energy in the target, and not exit the target.

I say this because Cavernous Nostrils and her Legion of Tards have been claiming that it's impossible for a rifle bullet to not exit Charlie Kirk's neck (so we know a TPUSA official standing nearby him must have shot him with a pistol at the exact moment the rifle shooting decoy fired his rifle).

Cavernous Nostrils is also claiming Robinson never said he hated Charlie Kirk and in fact never even mentioned Charlie Kirk.
