1.Rc8+ Qxc8 (of course, 1...Re8 is followed by 2.Rxe8#)
2.Qxg7+ Rxg7

More Challenging Problem - To Play

1.Rd1! Qxc4
2.Rxd8+ Kg7
3.bxc4 and White, being a rook up, should win the endgame.

Instead of 1...Qxc4, Black could try 1...Qf7, but then 2.Qxf7+ Kxf7 3.Rxd8 is pretty much the same result.
