Surprise! Biden's Stash of Classified Documents Included Top Secret Files on... Ukraine and Iran

This was leaked to CNN, so you know it's so much worse than the leak suggests.

Among the items from Joe Biden's time as vice president discovered in a private office last fall are 10 classified documents including US intelligence memos and briefing materials that covered topics including Ukraine, Iran and the United Kingdom, according to a source familiar with the matter.

This is bullshit:

The classified documents were dated between 2013 and 2016, according to the source familiar. They were found in three or four boxes also containing unclassified papers that fall under the Presidential Records Act.

Um, Biden wasn't President until 2021 (and even then, I have strong doubts). None of these papers "fall under the Presidential Records Act." He has no right to keep any of them.

Attorney General Merrick Garland has assigned the US attorney in Chicago, a holdover from the Trump administration, to investigate the matter, CNN previously reported. Garland made this move after receiving a referral from the National Archives and Records Administration.

This is bullshit they keep playing up: US Attorneys are chosen by the Senators of the state in question. The president appoints them, but based on choices put forward by the Senators representing the state in question. A president could ignore their choices, but it's very uncommon.

The US Attorney here would have been suggested by the two leftwing Senators from Illinois.

So calling him a "Trump holdover" is deliberately misleading -- he's a Democrat, chosen by leftwing Democrats.

They keep doing this, and picking these Democrat-selected "Trump holdovers" to lead investigations just so they can say "he's a Trump holdover." Same thing with the "Trump holdover" leading the Biden investigation. He's a US Attorney from Delaware, name put forward by Delaware's two leftwing Democrat Senators.

But he's a "Trump holdover," don't you know.

Notice Biden never picks a Red-state "Trump holdover" for these investigations because there are no Red-State Trump holdovers. They're all either replaced or considered "not reliable enough."

And meanwhile, the media continues not asking the most important question: Why isn't Biden appointing an INDEPENDENT PROSECUTOR, insulated from Biden's authority and unfireable, to investigate Biden?

Biden insists on being "investigated" by prosecutors who can be fired by him at any time. Thus guaranteeing him the whitewash he demands.

The media demanded an independent prosecutor for Trump -- and suddenly they never heard of such a position in the Biden term.

The source told CNN that a personal lawyer for Biden was closing out the downtown DC office that Biden used as part his work with the University of Pennsylvania. The lawyer saw a manila folder that was labeled "personal," opened the envelope and noticed there were classified documents inside. The lawyer closed the envelope and called NARA, the source said.

Tucker Carlson and others call bullshit on this tale. Who pays a lawyer $600 per hour to pack up one's papers into boxes? What happened is that common laborers discovered the papers and then alerted the office manager who then contacted the lawyers, but Biden doesn't want to admit that all those people saw classified documents, so he's claiming that he was paying a law firm to pack up boxes for him.

I'd like to put all these people under oath and make lawyers explain how much they charge for taping up boxes and loading them on to hand-trucks.

And also: the media is acting like it's No Big Deal if lawyers saw top secret classified documents about foreign nations. Because, they're lawyers.

Apparently lawyers have some kind of Special Lawyer Magic License to view top secret classified documents.

Um, no, but CNN and the NYT and MSBC sure don't mind if their viewers come away with the belief that Lawyers Have a Special Dispensation to View Classified Documents.

Why would Biden be interested in secret documents about Ukraine?

At 11:45 in Tucker's report below, Ukraine was also wondering about that. They were perplexed why, on the last day of his Vice Presidency, Biden was flying to Kyiv.

Maybe it had something to do with his son making $80,000 per month for a no-show, lots-of-blow job at Burisma.

Also enjoy the leftwing media making excuses for Biden.

Jesse Waters has a clip of Joy Behar cutting right to the chase: Biden gets a pass because "we know he's not a liar and a crook." But Trump gets treated as a criminal "because we know he's a liar and a crook."

I mean, this is the "logic" of a nonthinking insect.

But that's the left.

Also skip to 13:40 for Tucker revealing that the major funder for the "Biden Center" at the University of Pennsylvania was... anonymous Chinese donors. One email discovered on Hunter Biden's laptop explained that the scam: It's like the "Clinton Global Initiative, without the money raise." He means "without having to pretend to raise money for global charities." In other words: Just the grift.

He then discloses emails to Naomi Biden, Biden's granddaughter, recruiting her for an influence operation at a conference sponsored by the Chinese government in China.
