A man who was gravely injured in the Butler Assassination attack has just died, two years after his wounding.

"We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jim Copenhaver, who was gravely wounded in the horrific shooting in Butler, Pennsylvania," House Republicans posted on X. "Jim endured unimaginable hardship with strength and perseverance.

"We join his family and loved ones in mourning his loss and praying for them during this difficult time," the post continued. "May he rest in peace."

Copenhaver, who was 76-years-old at the time of his death, was shot in the triceps. Another bullet was lodged in his body after it took chunks of his colon, leaving him with nerve damage, according to CBS News.

The so-called "Reality Based Community" continues to hint or flat-out assert that this assassination was fake.

The feds have arrested an illegal alien for voting in both the 2020 and 2024 presidential elections. I assume he's innocent, because the communist media tells me this never happens.

Agents with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) arrested a legal immigrant in New Jersey last week for allegedly voting in multiple federal elections, including the 2020 and 2024 presidential elections, Breitbart News has learned.

Sanata Coulibaly, a legal immigrant from Senegal, was arrested on September 17 and charged with procurement of citizenship or naturalization unlawfully and voting by an alien.

According to prosecutors, Coulibaly first entered the United States in September 1993 and was given a green card by the Obama administration in November 2009. In 2018, 2020, and 2024, Coulibaly allegedly voted illegally in each of the elections.

"This alien from Senegal has been charged with procurement of citizenship or naturalization unlawfully and voting by an alien after allegedly voting in three general elections in New Jersey," Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Markwayne Mullin said.

I'm just gonna put it out there: Colin Kaepernick sat on the bench for the national anthem--not kneeling, sitting on the bench, away from his teammates--at the exact time his teammates hated him (a recently demoted backup QB) for dating his teammate's (Aldon Smith's) ex-girlfriend.

It was only after one reporter asked--after his third straight game sitting by himself on the bench during the anthem --why he was doing that, that he came up with the answer about taking a stand against America's "racism."

That transformed him overnight from a spiraling backup QB whose teammates hated him to a left-wing icon.

Arlington's Commonwealth's Attorney testified that her office has a DUI policy specifically for DACA recipients. In a small number of cases, prosecutors have considered changing a DUI to a different first-degree misdemeanor so the defendant can renew DACA status. (We don't have first-degree misdemeanors - they are called Class 1 misdemeanors - surprised an elected prosecutor doesn't know that).

She says the defendant is still held accountable and the original DUI charge remains visible. But DACA status is a factor in the plea resolution, one that an American citizen charged with the same offense cannot invoke.
