He praised Putin just before meeting with him, therefore signaling that Putin should invade Ukraine.

That's the logic they apply to Trump, right?

Trump said Putin was "savvy" after the the fact, and this somehow retroactively caused the invasion? While they meanwhile ignore Biden explicitly inviting Putin to launch a "Minor Incursion" into Ukraine.
