Nurse: I Had Covid and Was Still Sneezing and Coughing. My Hospital Told Me to Come Back Into Work and Work On Patients Anyway.
A nurse offers a harrowing personal testimony: She had covid, and didn't get tested until five days later. She had worked with covid during those five days, thinking it was just a cold.
Okay, I guess.
After another five days with covid, she still had all of the symptoms (weariness, sneezing, coughing, etc. except fever).
Her hospital told her to come back into work anyway. They wanted her to work with patients, who might be very susceptible to covid -- despite still being symptomatic with covid and therefore a spreader.
They also told her not to test for covid, because that would just show that she had covid, which would... mean she couldn't come in to work.
Now, she acknowledges there are staffing problems and so there is a Worker Triage sort of thing going on, but... well, can we admit now that #StopTheSpread is a lie? If we have frontline nurses with covid working on vulnerable patients, and everyone knows that, I'd say it's okay if a five year old wants to eat at Applebee's without a vax card, huh?
This is all theater. When you have nurses who are confirmed covid-carriers and symptomatic working on the most vulnerable people in the world, then you can skip the rest of the bullshit covid Safety Theater.
The theater is over. Done.
Countdown until she's fired for revealing what's going on behind closed doors.
Every profession is a conspiracy against the laity.
