One Of The Original "Woke" Corporations Is At It Again: Race-Baiting Ben & Jerry's Lies About Kyle Rittenhouse

What a shock! A couple of leftists figure out a way to make a lot of money (how very socialist of them!) by selling ice cream along with a large dose of agrarian leftist bullshit (no rBGH in our ice cream!). They then cashed out 20 years later and sold their company to Unilever for $326,000,000, and stipulated that their company remain dedicated to the proposition that socialism is the greatest good.

Well...socialism and a healthy reading from the progressive playbook of lying and straw men and stoking racial animus, not to mention vilifying the rich (except for Ben and Jerry, who are such good people!). But here they cross the line into dangerous territory. There is nothing subtle about their point that Kyle Rittenhouse is being favored by the capitalist system and its running-dog lackeys in the judiciary, and that a poor Black boy who did the same thing would have long ago been strung up under the oak tree in the town square.

Progressive ice cream brand Ben & Jerry's dished out misinformation about Kyle Rittenhouse, plus completely invented a hypothetical scenario regarding the controversial shooting to racialize the powderkeg court case. The Vermont-based woke ice cream purveyor was called out for spreading a false narrative online.

The Rittenhouse shooting has absolutely nothing to do with race since the shooter and all of those who were shot were white men. Without a racial angle to exploit, Ben & Jerry's dreamt up a completely hypothetical situation out of thin air that never actually happened to bring race into the picture.

"The #RittenhouseTrial displays yet again that our 'justice' system is racist," the ice cream brand wrote on Twitter. "How would this trial be going if he was a Black 17 yr old that crossed state lines illegally carrying an AR-15 and shot 3 white protesters?"

Boycott Ben & Jerry's.

Boycott Unilever.

Until these corporations feel real pain they will continue to cater to the worst excesses of a social-media-driven society run amok. Punish them, and reward corporations that remain relatively neutral. Yes, they may be difficult to find, but they exist.

Besides, Ben & Jerry's ice cream isn't anything special, and the last time I ate some it was underwhelming. Hell, make your own!
