GAINZZZ and PAINZZZ
By "PAINZZZ" I just mean BOOKZZZ and PLANZZZ, because it hurts my brain to think or plan.
My current PAINZZZ is that I've got no GAINZZZ. I've plateaued just three weeks into a regime.
I did get to experience that really noticeable Keto energy, when you've got so much bodily energy it's like you're on an amphetamine, but that went away as my keto regime became more and more dirty keto.
I think I know why: too much snacking, keeping my insulin perpetually at elevated levels.
Also, too many supposedly "low-carb" treats which I am now sure are not nearly as low-carb as they claim.
How about you? What are your GAINZZZ?
I assume those of you on keto know the very high bodily energy levels I'm talking about. Do you find that quickly going away, too? Or does it persist for you?
And what BOOKZZZ are you reading, or ready to read? (Or... writing?)
Any PLANZZZ to get away from the computer and give a free mustache ride to this thing called "life"?
