Politico: Democrats Prepare Themselves for a "Dud" Mueller Report; Expect There to Be No More Indictments

IF THAT'S THE CASE, the White House will immediately make the argument that it’s time for Congress to shutter its investigations into the president. But Democratic probes into PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP are going to drag on regardless of the Mueller report. The committees are looking into things that have nothing to do with Russian interference -- the president's company, security clearances, handling of classified information, decision-making in the White House and Cabinet scandals, for example.

The Democrats plan to argue that if Mueller found absolutely nothing that just proves that they need to do All the Investigations.

Update: Katy Tur dismisses the Mueller report, when she's told the Mueller report is expected to be a "nothingburger." She basically then says "Oh what does that guy know anyway."

'Let’s just put up on the screen everybody who’s already been found guilty or indicted in the Mueller investigation. Lots of faces, lots of pleas, and lots of indictments," Tur stated, as a graphic of individuals connected to Trump who have been indicted appeared including Michael Flynn, Michael Cohen and Paul Manafort.

"They've already come up with quite a bit, regardless of whether there or not there is direct collusion or conspiracy found between Donald Trump or his campaign and the Russians," she added.

So Trump's guilty if there's evidence, and he's guilty if there's no evidence.
