New Years Resolutions/GAINZZZ Thread

So my resolutions are:

1. Keep going with my martial arts training and actually practice outside the school.

2. Start weightlifting again. I don't know why I'm avoiding this. I like this better than the martial arts.

3. Get my diet back on track. I'm very, very inconsistent and sloppy with my alleged IF/low-carb diet.

4. Start reading again.

(By the way: Good habits reinforce each other and so do bad habits. When I stopped the above habits, I stopped them all. There was no compensation of one for slacking on another.)

5. Write a fucking book.

6. These fucking shelves.

7. Say "snizz" once a day on the blog
