The Morning Report 6/9/17

Good morning, kids. Lots of linkage this fine morning, but I'm running a bit late so I will be light on my commentary (I'll be your sad). My one observation during that overgrown egomaniac of a jackrabbit's testimony yesterday about the President and the situation in the country as it stands was this:

Impeachment is merely a tactic aimed at one man. The broader strategic aim is to stymie and sabotage THE AGENDA. PDT will not be impeached, but if he can be smeared as illegitimate, then everything he wants to do will be made out to be against the will of the people because he "stole" the presidency.

And since the GOP-e is in league with the Dems and the Deep State bureaucracy, this is why everything is being slow-walked and stonewalled.

No one thought he would win. Now that he has, they are scrambling like mad to make every excuse imaginable why the Repeal can't go forward, or Tax Reform or The Wall or you-name-it. The Dems claim fraud/collusion, the GOP-e claims process/rules bullshit, the Deep State Leviathan leaks and sabotages. And the press reports PDT as an insane failure.

Aside from that, England rearranged the deck chairs on the Titanic and Puerto Rico votes on its status this Sunday. My question is, why does a prospective member get to decide if it wants to be allowed to join a club? Logic dictates it's the members of the club that get to decide, no? BREAKING: There are reports coming in of a pickup truck ramming 3 people, including 2 cops in DC. The suspect has been arrested and evidently weapons have been found in the vehicle. Terrorism not being ruled out. I'm sure Ace and the Co-B's will have more later.
