Cologne Mayor Issues Advice for German Women On How Not To Be Gang-Sexually-Assaulted
First of all, @ComradeArthur sends along this article containing new disquieting details about the gang attacks.
One of the first victim's to speak out, an 18-year-old named only as Michelle, described being surrounded by a group of 30 'angry' men who groped her and her friends then stole their belongings as they fled.
Witnesses and police have described men working in 'coordinated' groups to grope women who were unable to escape, while two women reported they were raped.
Michelle's shocking testimony comes as the city's own council today admitted its town centre was now a 'no-go area' for women, while it has emerged similar attacks occurred the same night across Hamburg and Stuttgart.
Wow, these no-go areas the left insists do not exist sure seems to be proliferating.
But the mayor of Cologne has some good advice on how not to be raped for German woman: Which is, don't get raped.
Then everyone's happy.
Cologne's mayor has been widely criticised for suggesting that women "keep at an arm's length" from strangers to avoid sexual harassment, after scores of women were sexually abused and mugged in the city during new year celebrations.
Asked by a journalist how women could protect themselves, Henriette Reker said: "There’s always the possibility of keeping a certain distance of more than an arm's length -- that is to say to make sure yourself you don't look to be too close to people who are not known to you, and to whom you don’t have a trusting relationship".
I saw a historian on Twitter, Tom Holland, suggest (sarcastically) that perhaps women would could also protect themselves by dressing in a modest fashion, keeping their eyes lowered and deferential, and maybe wearing a veil. (Or words to that effect.)
As Allah asks, and as I have previously asked: Which culture is being forced to adapt to which?
