Palin Power vs. Benign Biden
A tale of two campaign rallies in the Battleground State of New Mexico.
Sarah Palin: Draws 10,000 people (and maybe a Space Alien or two) to an event in Roswell today.
Joe Biden: Draws 2,500 people to an event in Mesilla (That's pronounced Messiah in Spanish I think...damn the Obama campaign and their subtlety!) on Friday.
Gore carried New Mexico by 300 votes in 2000. Bush carried it by 6,000 in 2004.
As Sarah Palin was outdrawing her competitor by 7,500 people, Peggy Noonan was disappointed to learn that C-Span's Green Room offered camembert but not brie.
