Catching up with the AWFUL Karens who insisted the "rogue" male juror obey them when they offered their non-expert "expert" opinions as nurses -- the more video I see, the worse it gets.

You probably know that jurors cannot be "experts." Jurors cannot research cases and bring their own "facts" and "evidence," often found on the internet, into the jury room. Jurors have been kicked off of cases for this arrogant step.

Jurors can also not appoint themselves "experts" and demand other jurors obey their fake expert opinions. If you saw My Cousin Vinny, you'll remember that Mona Lisa Vitti had to be declared by the judge to be an expert before she offered her expertise, and opposing counsel was entitled to voir dire her and attempt to impute her expertise.

And even when an expert is accepted by the court as an expert -- no juries are required to actually believe the expert. Experts offer opinion. Typical witnesses offer "fact" testimony, but even the "facts" they claim can be ignored by the jury if the jury thinks they're lying.

At any rate, these "expert nurses" were in contempt of court when they claimed that their expert opinions should not only be included as evidence, but believed without question as evidence.

And they also dismiss the doctors actually certified by the court as experts. Now, they're allowed to not believe an expert witness, but it's breathtaking that they simultaneously dismiss the doctors certified by the court as experts while illegally presenting their own Karen-Certified Nurse Experts and claiming the lone male holdout was a "rogue" juror for not taking this fake expert witness to be dispositive.

So let's break this down. These insufferable idiots sent a note to the judge complaining that the holdout juror wasn't following instructions (ie he wouldn't agree with them), while they ignored expert witness testimony and instead acted as expert witnesses themselves during deliberations. That is in and of itself enough to declare a mistrial.

More and more this looks like a runaway jury with a lone sane hero they labeled "rogue".

One of the female jurors was a vocal online supporter of Karen Read. Other female jurors declared they were hostile to the prosecution from the opening arguments -- for not saying nice things about the child killer -- which proves they were hostile to the prosecution before the opening arguments and lied when they were asked if they had any bias that would prevent them from rendering an impartial judgment in the case. They lied to get on the jury so they could acquit their murderess hero.

And if I'm picking on the women too much -- okay, let me pick on one of the two cucks, who accepted the "expert" testimony of the non-expert Juror Nurses but who claimed that the "rogue" juror was out of line in attempting to demonstrate the horror of what Clancy had done by wrapping the exercise bands around a bottle of water.

A male juror in the mistrial of Lindsay Clancy said the lone holdout on the 12-person panel wrapped one of the exercise bands the mom used to kill her children around a water bottle to mimic their strangulation in the deliberation room.

Juror number 10 Nick Dargie said the holdout had every right to his opinion but that the reenactment using the same exercise bands left the room speechless.

"I was so shocked. We're not here to play detective -- it's not a game of Clue. This is serious," Dargie, 25, the fifth juror to come forward in the macabre case out of Duxbury, Mass., told ABC's "GMA" in an interview that aired Thursday morning.

"I asked him why are you doing that? That's a band that was used to strangle a child. That's disgusting."

He also accused the still-unnamed holdout, who hung the jury in an 11-1 deadlock leading to the mistrial, of seeming disengaged during the deliberations, saying he would frequently be scrolling his phone while people were talking to him.

When pressed to explain his refusal to budge, Dargie said he made no effort to explain his reasoning.

"There wasn't a single piece of evidence or witness testimony that he used to prove why he was thinking the way he was," the juror said.

He tried to show this Soyboy Beta Cuck the viciousness of the murders that the Expert Nurses were so airily dismissing but seeing that made him cry. So he did attempt to show his thinking. But this cuck's pussy got hurt and he ignored it.

Showing the Soyboy Beta Cuck the steps taken to murder a child was "disgusting."

The actual murders of three children -- not disgusting.

The murder didn't hurt his feelings. He didn't see that.

The recreation hurt his feelings. He saw that.

There's nothing more important than an individual's feelings.

Re what we've seen of the Clancy jurors:

VERY early in my trial career, prosecutors with dozens of trial under their belts gave me some very basic tips on picking a jury. This is very critical in federal court because most federal judges don't give attorneys much time in juror "voir dire." So there were some rules of thumb you tried to live by when evaluating the panel and your options as a prosecutor.

1. No teachers. They spend their days telling children and adolescents what to do, and they after often contrarian in order to show adults how smart they are. They hang up juries more than any other "type."

2. No healthcare workers who are not MDs. Healthcare workers with the most contact with patients are empathetic by nature -- that's why they entered the field -- and are trained to take all info they are given by patients seriously.

Putting it in a very crass fashion, a prosecutor does not want 12 jurors -- you want 3 jurors and 9 sheep. If you convince the 3 jurors they will bring the sheep along in the end.

For a foreperson I was always looking for a blue collar manager -- usually a man. The arch type was someone who could give instruction in a non-condescending manner that didn't seem like overt manipulation.

I didn't like hard science professionals either -- like engineers -- they tend to be too linear in their thinking and resist being convinced by inferential evidence.

The Clancy jurors we have heard from violated my rules. It's hard to be too critical of the prosecutors, however, without knowing who they used their challenges to keep off.

For all we know they were worse.
