The Morning Report — 9/17/25

Good morning kids. As we have bemoaned and bewailed in this and other posts lo these many years now, the utter naked corruption and politicization of our judicial system against all enemies and threats to the Democrat/Leftist/Globalist/Demonic anti-American enterprise, does this story really surprise anyone more than it disgusts/enrages and terrifies, especially in the wake of Charlie Kirk's heinous assassination. In all fairness, many of you thought at the time that the murderer would either get off scot-free or with some sort of slap on the wrist. Truth be told, even I thought that that wasn't going to happen and here I am with egg on my face:

A mob of leftists wearing green ‘Luigi’ caps and waving banners about ‘fascism’ celebrated, danced and hugged each other on a Manhattan street after terrorism and first-degree murder charges were thrown out against the leftist killer of a health care CEO.

Judge Gregory Carro argued that Luigi Mangione was wrongly being charged as a terrorist since the radical terrorist’s objective “was not to threaten, intimidate or coerce, but rather to draw attention to what he perceived as the greed of the insurance industry.”

Luigi’s means of drawing “attention” was murder which is the definition of terrorism.

The dozens of leftists crowding the narrow sidewalk outside the Manhattan Criminal Courthouse less than a dozen blocks from Ground Zero testified to the fact that Luigi Mangione was a political terrorist, part of a radical movement, killing on behalf of a larger cause. Why else was a mob wearing ‘Free Luigi’ t-shirts and caps associated with a Nintendo video game character hanging around an unappealing stretch of Center Street that not even a feeble attempt to stick a mostly unused park between the courthouses and government buildings could make livable.

Maybe I am completely wrong and legal eagles among the commenters please weigh in. Does one man with an axe to grind constitute a terrorist if he and he alone kills one victim? Does he have to have a body count like Ted Kascynski or Terry Nichols. While all had axes to grind, or were delusional in their fears and hatred of their victims. Despite the Leftists still sliming their enemies with what the latter did in Oklahoma city even in the face of the absolute rejection and revulsion by every sane and decent American, there was never any connection to any organized political or other group mainstream or otherwise that has ever been established to Nichols and his associate(s). Look, I'm no fan of Luigi Mangione, but to the best of anyone's knowledge, he acted alone in the gunning down in cold blood of the United Healthcare CEO.

And, though I'm certainly no fan of insurance companies, let's face it, healthcare and health insurance in this country were utterly wrecked in the wake of Barack Obama's Obamacare that effectively took control of the entire insurance industry, which represents about a sixth of our entire economy. Before I go way off on a tangent, What I'm concerned about is the use or perhaps misuse of the word and ultimately legal charge of terrorism. Mangione committed cold-blooded premeditated murder.

And like this Robinson freak and his transexual partner, unless and until direct links to political organizations, or others who share the same motivations and hatreds as the perps, my fear is that the terrorism charge could one day be used as a legal weapon against all of us to silence our verbal and written protestations against the Left. We already are seeing this in England with people being locked up for protesting against the protection of Islamic rape gangs. That you see is far more dangerous to British society than the ongoing mass rape of women and girls committed by Muslim and other third world immigrants to no longer Great Britain.

On that note, I give you today's next most revolting, and completely unsurprising, story:

ABC News correspondent Matt Gutman described text messages between alleged Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson and his transgender roommate, about the alleged murder weapon, as “very touching.”

Gutman’s comments came after Utah County District Attorney Jeff Gray announced on Tuesday that the alleged Kirk assassin was charged with seven counts including; aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm, obstruction of justice, and witness tampering, among others. Gray also announced that he was filing a notice of intent to seek the death penalty against Robinson.

I can just picture it now. . .

ABC in conjunction with Only Fans and Swedish Erotica is planning an hour-long special starring "reporter" Matt Gutman reciting passages from Mein Kampf while penetrating a Blow-Up doll dressed as Reinhard Heydrich in a Female SS uniform. TMZ reports that Bruce Springsteen is on tap to perform that Italian Socialist Anthem for the soundtrack.

All of this is all very last minute. Now that Hamas is almost wiped out, ABC is scrambling to fill the time slot that was planned for their "Touching" reenactment of the 1972 Munich Olympic massacre. Massacre not of the Israelis but of the tragic real heroes; the PLO perpetrators AKA freedom fighters.

Just to cap it all off, We have got to completely smash the Education/Indoctrination complex.
