Oof: Steve Scalise Will Withdraw His Bid to Become Speaker, As At Least 20 Republicans Will Vote Against Him

The Democrats could vote for him but I doubt they will. They are pursuing a Chaos at Any Cost strategy. You know -- like any other day that ends in a -y.
