Huge Surprise! Democrat US Attorney in Delaware Strikes Sweetheart Plea Deal With Hunter Biden, the Son of His Boss

Because Merrick Garland refused to appoint a special prosecutor, this prosecutor has no insulation from the chain of command that runs from Biden to Garland to him.

So, the boss's employee gave a sweetheart deal to the boss's son.

The Trump-appointed U.S. Attorney for Delaware has reached a plea agreement with Hunter Biden...

This is a lie. First of all, Trump appointed him in his term, but Biden appointed him in his fake presidential term. So he's a Biden appointee now.

They're claiming he's a Trump employee, of course, to lie to everyone into thinking this isn't a case full of political favoritism.

Second of all, when Trump appointed this guy, he did so in the usual way, just approving the guy picked for Delaware by Delaware's two leftwing Democrat Senators. So yes, Trump appointed him -- but he did not pick him. Democrats picked him.

And don't get me started on Trump's picks anyway.

...in which he is expected to plead guilty to two federal misdemeanor counts of failing to pay his taxes. Biden also faces a separate gun possession charge that will likely be dismissed if he meets certain conditions, according to court documents filed on Tuesday.

Two sources familiar with the agreement told NBC News that it includes a provision in which the U.S. attorney has agreed to recommend probation for Biden for his tax violations. Legal experts also said that the tax and gun charges will most likely not result in any jail time for President Joe Biden's son.

I'm shocked.

The decision by U.S. Attorney David Weiss, who was nominated by President Donald Trump in 2018, indicates an end to the sweeping, five-year investigation by federal prosecutors, FBI agents and IRS officials into Hunter Biden's conduct. The Biden administration has kept Weiss in place in order to avoid having a U.S. attorney appointed by the president oversee his son's criminal case.

No that's spin. If Biden wanted to better insure political neutrality, he would have insisted on a special prosecutor, and not just a Democrat ringer, either.

But he wants a Democrat ringer, under his control.

And of course a whistleblower reports that Merrick Garland refused to allow Weiss to investigate Hunter's other crimes, such as... conspiracy to engage in bribery with officials from a foreign nation.

And there's no FARA charges, despite Hunter plainly being an agent of a foreign power.

Imagine if a normal citizen was a years long drug addict who:
- Lied on gun form
- failed to pay 2 million in taxes
- got a Dem donor/Hollywood lawyer to pay it for you
- Had multiple corrupt foreign business dealings

They'd be in jail yesterday. Hunter is going free
