Biden to Campaign for John Fetterman;
Obama to Campaign for His Morbid Growth

This is what you call Panic Stations.

President Biden and former President Obama will barnstorm the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh areas on Nov. 5 with the party's nominees for Pennsylvania governor and Senate, according to a Democrat with direct knowledge of the plans.

Why it matters: In the final days before the midterms, Democrats are deploying their party's biggest assets in Pennsylvania. The state, which was critical to Biden's 2020 election victory, could determine control of the Senate next year.

Lt. Gov. John Fetterman is locked in a close Senate race with Republican Mehmet Oz, while the current attorney general, Josh Shapiro, has maintained a lead over state Sen. Doug Mastriano in the governor's race.

The big picture: While Biden has been forgoing large political rallies that became the signature midterm political move for his predecessors, he has made several trips this year to Pennsylvania, where Fetterman hasn't shied away from appearing with him.

On Oct. 28, Biden and Vice President Harris will fundraise with Fetterman at a Pennsylvania Democratic Party dinner. Biden visited the state last week as well.
Biden flipped Pennsylvania from red to blue in 2020 and feels like he has a fingertip feel for the state, where he based his campaign.

But Biden has avoided other states where Democratic incumbents are locked in tight races, like in Nevada and Arizona.

The president said last week he's gotten "16 or 18" requests to campaign with candidates around the country, but he has no other campaign travel scheduled this week aside from Pennsylvania.

He got 200 billion, no 200 thousand, no 200 million campaign appearance requests. COUNT, KID, COUNT!

And what's this about campaigning for Shapiro? I thought Shapiro had it locked up, huh?

Winning the governorship would obviously be a huge bulwark against Democrat vote irregularities in 2024.

RedState accuses Karl Rove's PAC of running a stealth campaign in favor of the Democrat Josh Shapiro, by contrasting his record on crime favorably with Fetterman's. The ad is supposedly attacking Fetterman for being soft-on-murder -- but only does so by praising the Democrat candidate for governor as being tough and sensible on crime.

That feels like a very Karl Rove thing to do.

I spoke with former Senate candidate Kathy Barnette, who lost to Dr. Oz in the primaries after a deceptive smear campaign against her led by Fox News host Sean Hannity and former Acting Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell. She said:

This ad is such a blatant display of the Republican "machine's" hypocrisy. They, the Establishment, turn to Conservatives and demand that we line up behind the Republican ticket whether we agree with the slate or not. They tell us to "Hold our nose" and vote if we have to. Yet, in these waning hours we see the "machine" now openly attack a strong Conservative, Doug Mastriano in the gubernatorial race in PA. This is blatant disrespect, and a clear picture of just how the establishment views their Conservative base... with contempt."

So why would this Super PAC try to ensure that Mastriano loses?

The answer is simple. He represents everything the establishment despises. He's an America First candidate who dares to question the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. Mastriano has nothing in common with the squishy Romney types preferred by Rove and other irrelevant remnants from the neocon era.

CNN has Fetterman ahead of Oz by five but they're a joke.

Everyone else has it as a tie, or +2 to John Fetterman & His Morbid Growth (or +1 for each of them). That is obviously inside the margin of error and most likely an effect of Democrat oversampling.

You know who has seen polls that don't show Fetterman ahead? Joe Biden and Barack Obama, obviously.

Suddenly all of the Democrats and "Republicans" like Niccole Wallace are very, very afraid of Vote Fraud.

So afraid of Vote Fraud is Niccole Wallace that she wants foreign countries to send monitors to make sure that Republicans aren't rigging the vote:
