Governor Kim Reynolds of Iowa Signs Bill Into Law Banning Males from Competing in Girls and Women's Sports at Any Level
@ChenueHer
@IAGovernor Kim Reynolds just signed a bill into law banning transgender women and girls from competing in female sports in Iowa schools, colleges, & universities.
She says it's a victory for girls' sports in Iowa & "reality of human biology".
"No amount of talent, training or effort can make up for the natural physical advantages males have over females." -Gov. Reynolds
Kim Reynolds signs HF2416 into law, banning transgender women and girls from competing in female sports. The law is effective immediately.
Gov. Reynolds calls this a "fairness issue"

Meanwhile: Twitter suspended a GOP representative for tweeting that men are not women, in reference to men competing in women's sports. Twitter has just decided a very live political controversy is not permitted to be discussed.
As our Woke Social Media Monopolies have decided that virtually all live political controversies are Already Decided, because The Science (TM) says so, and are no longer permitted to be discussed.
And the neocon corporate grifters continue cheerleading and cashing checks, not necessarily in that order.
U.S. Rep. Vicky Hartzler, a Republican Senate candidate from Missouri, was suspended from Twitter after tweeting about transgender women in sports.
"Women's sports are for women, not men pretending to be women," she tweeted Monday afternoon from her campaign account.
...
Twitter's notice, according to the screenshot, said Hartzler's tweet violated the company's rules against "hateful conduct."
"You may not promote violence against, threaten, or harass other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease," Twitter said.
Trans "women" are women. The Science (TM) is settled, just as The Science (TM) was settled on masking, on vaxing young children, on myocarditis in young men, on the zoonotic origin of covid-19, and on anything else the Left knows it is politically vulnerable on and therefore needs to pressure legally-vulnerable monopoly social media companies on to shut down the right's messaging on.
The Science (TM) is also settled that the penis that Will "Lia" Thomas shows off to his girls swimming teammates in the locker room is not a man's penis, but a recent scientific discovery called a "woman's penis," and therefore should be of no concern to the girls, some of whom are actually under 18 years old.
Imagine you are a parent to a female college student-athlete. Now, imagine, what would you do if your daughter told you that someone who was a man and still had male genitalia was frequently naked in front of your daughter every day after practice. How would you feel as a parent?
That is a current predicament at the University of Pennsylvania. A letter was sent to city and school authorities addressing the vast concerns over the situation. It appears to have been ignored by all those addressed in the letter.
"We are writing to report a potential violation of Pennsylvania Code of Law Section 3127 and of Title IX and of the University of Pennsylvania's Sexual Harassment, Sexual Violence, Relationship Violence and Stalking Policy," the letter began. The violation is based on reports that female swimmers have claimed they felt "uncomfortable" and "definitely awkward," as University of Pennsylvania transgender swimmer Lia Thomas doesn't "always cover up" in the locker room, exposing male genitalia in front of college-aged females. Thomas has been granted use of the female locker room since identifying as a woman.
The letter was sent to the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, the Philadelphia police commissioner, the Philadelphia sheriff, UPenn's executive director of the Office of Student Conduct, and the university's Title IX officer. Yet, the serious claims and allegations made in this letter were seemingly ignored by all of them, based on what I was told.
"The Science (TM)"
It's whatever powerful Democrats with power over the anti-trust laws tell the tolerated-but-threatened monopolies at Google, FaceBook, and Twitter to say it is.
