BREAKING: Creepy Porn Lawyer Michael Avenatti found GUILTY of bilking Stormy Daniels out of nearly $300K in book proceeds, Faces up to 20 Years in PRISON

Story here. CNN's Pantheon of Heroes is just falling one by one.

The now-twice-convicted felon -- and one-time rising star -- now faces a maximum of 22 years in prison for his conviction on wire fraud and aggravated identity theft charges.

The jury started deliberating Wednesday. He's scheduled to be sentenced on May 24.

After the verdict, Avenatti made a brief statement to reporters outside the courthouse in Lower Manhattan as rain poured down.

"I'm very disappointed in the jury's verdict. I am looking forward to a full adjudication of all of the issues on appeal," he said.

He then turned his psychopath-blue eyes on the crowd and sunk his head into his shoulders like Nixon. "I -- am not -- a jive turkey!" he vowed, to scattered chuckles from the crowd.

CNN just can't catch a break this week. Next thing you know, McDonalds will cancel the McRib on poor Tater.

There will be no survivors.

Speaking of CNN and why it's a garbage company that everyone laughs at:

Four members of the January 6 committee call a CNN reporter to express their sadness at Zucker's firing, because democracy is now in danger.

On Wednesday evening, members of CNN's Washington bureau met with Jason Kilar, CEO of parent company WarnerMedia... Toward the end of the meeting[,] special correspondent Jamie Gangel spoke up. "The first calls I got this morning were from four members of the January 6 committee, who felt devastated for our democracy, because Jeff was not going to be around to make sure that CNN is able to do its job," she said (later clarifying to colleagues that she meant to say four congresspeople, including one member of the committee).

I believe you were telling the truth the first time. I think you changed the story to protect your sources, so that people don't know you're on a speed-dial basis with Adam and Adam and Lizzy and the gang.

Speaking of True Conservatives Adam and Lizzy, the RNC censured them for joining Nancy Pelosi's lawless Star Chamber.

An RNC panel had advanced the measure on Thursday, which said that the committee will "immediately cease any and all support of them as members of the Republican Party for their behavior, which has been destructive to the institution of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Republican Party and our republic, and is inconsistent with the position of the conference."

It continued by ripping the two members of Congress for their criticism of former President Donald Trump.

"The Conference must not be sabotaged by Representatives Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger, who have demonstrated, with actions and words, that they support Democrat efforts to destroy President Trump more than they support winning back a Republican majority in 2022," the resolution said.

The measure described the two members as "participating in a Democrat-led persecution of ordinary citizens engaged in legitimate political discourse" in their roles on the House committee investigating Jan. 6.

...

The measure was adopted Friday by voice vote at the RNC's annual meeting in Salt Lake City, which brought together the party's 168 members for their general session. The measure, which was combined with a handful of other resolutions such as one condemning the Chinese government, passed overwhelmingly. Only a small handful of objections were voiced.

Members who spoke with NBC News expressed frustration over the committee's recent subpoenas of "alternate electors," saying they felt such probing went far beyond the attack on the Capitol.

In a statement, RNC chairwoman Ronna McDaniel said Cheney and Kinzinger "crossed a line."

"They chose to join Nancy Pelosi in a Democrat-led persecution of ordinary citizens who engaged in legitimate political discourse that had nothing to do with violence at the Capitol," she said.

...

"Let their names forever be written in the Book of Jive Turkeys," declared rock-n-roll influencer Ace of Spades, striding across a stage with the masterful grace of the legendary pantherwolf, to the deafening cheers of thousands of twenty-year-old college girls, most of them 7s to 9s, with a couple of straight dimes mixed in.

"Kinzinger's mouth looks like a sad yoga studio for out-of-shape sperm whose wives openly cheat on them, like flagrantly, right on display at sperm office parties and stuff," Ace of Spades added, raffishly quoting Moliere.

The crowd of college-aged girls, many of them nicely thicc, whose gender identity was almost entirely "wild-curious" (girls looking to "go wild"), swooned in what can only be described as "bosomy fervor."

My words moved me.

Tyler Bowyer @tylerbowyer

The resolution to censure Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger passes with support of almost every corner of the @GOP at the RNC meeting from what I could tell.

Everyone seems to agree that Liz and Adam shouldn't be calling themselves Republicans taking orders from Democrats.

Kinzinger and Cheney responded as they usually do, which is bragging about how virtuous and honorable it is to be serving as the lefttenants (as the British would say) of Nancy Pelosi.

Cheney: "I'm a constitutional conservative and I do not recognize those in my party who have abandoned the Constitution to embrace Donald Trump. History will be their judge. I will never stop fighting for our constitutional republic. No matter what."

Kinzinger: "My fellow Republicans have chosen to censure two lifelong members of their party for simply upholding their oaths of office.... They've allowed conspiracies and toxic tribalism [to] hinder their ability to see clear-eyed. My efforts will continue to be focused on standing up for truth and working to fight the political matrix that's led us to this point."

As you might know, the Anti-Defamation League, a group which is supposedly all about defending Jews from racist attacks, recently changed its definition of "racism" to the one favored by the woke, which excludes Jews from any possibility of being victims of racism. The ADL defined racism as, "the marginalization and/or oppression of people of color based on a socially constructed racial hierarchy that privileges white people."

In the wake of Whoopi Goldberg's insistence that Jews can't be the victims of racism because they're white -- which actually follows the current ADL definition of racism -- suddenly the woke ADL is scrambling to appease its various factions and find a definition that satisfies both woke Jews and traditional Jews.

Centrist Stacy @CentristStacy

Apparently the ADL has cycled through three definitions of "racism" on its website recently, and the current definition is listed as an "interim definition." This is seriously like a Monty Python sketch.

Note well that the head of the ADL just went on The View and lectured Whoopi Goldberg that Jews (who are white) can definitely be victims of racism, while the institution he runs continues adhering officially to a woke definition of racism which explicitly states that whites, including Jews, cannot ever be victims of racism.

Nah, son:

jiveturkey.jpg

Everything woke turns to shit, as a wise man once said.

Even the Washington Post is forced to, briefly, allow an op-ed that chastises a member of the left. Daniella Greenbaum, a former producer on The View, writes that this idea that anti-semitism can only come from white people is standard NPC coding on the left:

Both sets of comments -- first on her show, and later on Colbert's -- reflect a disturbing ideology that is growing increasingly rampant: a concerted effort to rewrite the history of the Jewish people and render the nature of antisemitism as nebulous and as nonspecific to Jews as possible....

The result is an understanding of antisemitism that focuses not on the Jewish victims, but rather the perpetrators. In 2019, while I was still at "The View," we covered an antisemitic Jersey City shooting that killed three people. The perpetrators were Black, but you wouldn't have known it from watching the show. Behar blamed white nationalism. It wasn't that she knew differently: It's a live show, and she made a mistake. But the subtext was clear: The default assumption is that attacks on Jews come from white nationalists. Anything that suggests otherwise runs contrary to our conception of race and hierarchy and intersectionality, and it goes unnoticed.

Seth Dillon of the Bee has related thoughts:

A racist is a person Democrats don't like. Misinformation is an opinion Democrats don't like. Inclusivity is the exclusion of people and opinions Democrats don't like.

Penzey's Spices Chief Marking Officer is so good at her job she must be blowing Jeff Zucker.

Just two weeks after a Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based spice company held a "Republicans are Racist" sale over Martin Luther King Jr. weekend, it is dealing with a massive loss of business and openly begging for new customers.

Penzey's Spices CEO Bill Penzey, who routinely uses his company's email list to send anti-Republican screeds, sent a newsletter earlier this month in which he accused GOP voters of fantasizing about killing African Americans.

"Remember how Republicans, going against a mountain of evidence to the contrary, once again lied and said BLM [Black Lives Matter] wasn't a peaceful movement but instead terrorists inciting violence throughout the country and then raced out to buy a crapload of guns because maybe they were finally going to get their chance to shoot a Black person?" he wrote. "What a bunch of racists."

This unexpectedly cost the retailer to lose over 40,000 subscribers.

The next email he sent out begged his remaining subscribers to buy gift cards to make up for the business he had lost.

Penzey Spices, would you care to dance?

Speaking of CNN -- did you really think we were done with CNN? Well, more fool you -- here's a great supercut of CNN, demonstrating why no one trusts them, and everyone thinks they're a terrible, unfunny joke:

Inez Stepman
@InezFeltscher

Attempt to "get" Joe Rogan is simple: corporate media thinks they are Very Serious People & the rubes need to listen to them. It terrifies them to see that not happening, so they cling even harder to idea that ordinary people are idiots, which in turn loses them more credibility.

A) Graham after Ukraine briefing: Putin's got to understand that I've never seen bipartisanship like this in a long time, really since after 9/11most members of Congress see this as a defining moment in the US Russian relationship.

B) Graham: This is the first time since 1945, we've had a real chance of a European war and to the American people. If he gets away with this in the Ukraine, we can expect China to move on Taiwan.

Shut up Wesley, I mean, Lindsey.

How about that American border, huh?

Just because you have feathers don't mean you can fly, turkey.

I did not hear of this before. I've seen commenters mentioning Fidel Castro, but I didn't know what they mean.

Now I do.

What a terrible thing to say, which now seems so obvious I don't know why I didn't realize it myself.
