Christmas Problem - White To Play

The original problem was mate in 2, but you had to assume the position is right in the middle of an en passant capture. Somebody claimed that this position is impossible without it being in the middle of an en passant capture, but I couldn't follow his argument. Maybe he's right. But let's just ignore that and assume there is no en passant capture available. In which case it's not a mate in 2, but it is a mate in 4. And there's more than one line.
