Editor of Swimming World Magazine Bravely Calls for NCAA to Change Rules to Exclude Trans Competitors From Women's Sports
This is a brave stance now because we live in ClownWorld. But yes, this is very brave. He'll face serious consequences including doxing, stalking, pressure campaigns to fire him, pressure campaigns for all of his advertisers to stop advertising with his magazine, and threats against his life.
Remember that suggesting that trans women are not entirely women for some purposes is Literally Violence and this justifies literally literal violence in reply.
A new article by the editor-in-chief of Swimming World magazine compared the advantage Lia Thomas has over NCAA women's swimmers with doping, as the controversy over the biological male competing in women’s swimming events continues.
John Lohn called on the NCAA to act "quickly" in the case to protect the "fairness" of women in collegiate swimming.
Thomas set school records at Penn for the 200-meter freestyle and 500-meter freestyle on November 20.
"Now, the NCAA needs to act, and it needs to act quickly. This scenario -- with the effects of doping -- cannot linger. For the good of the sport, and for fairness to those competing as biological women, a ruling must come down soon," Lohn wrote.
He noted the highly obvious, which the extremely ideological and #Woke religious zealots take great pains to blind themselves to:
The effects of being born a biological male, as they relate to the sport of swimming, offer Thomas a clear-cut edge over the biological females against whom she is competing. She is stronger. It is that simple. And this strength is beneficial to her stroke, on turns and to her endurance. Doping has the same effect.
If biological men can compete in "women's" sports then we do not need a separate category for women, and we already do not have a separate category for women. Let everyone compete in the same unisex category, and if women can't hack it, oh well, that's what the left (including the feminist left, which is in the main all-in on this madness) demanded.
"NBC Out," which I guess is NBC's new dedicated gay and trans vertical, has found The Real Victim Here, though.
You'll never guess who.
They say "Lia" is the real victim here because people are referring to him by his "deadname," William, when they look up William Thomas' old male swimming times to find that he will easily take the women's world records if he bothers trying. (He's admitted he's not practicing as hard as he did "before his year off," i.e., before he became a woman.)
You know what some women swimmers might complain of? "Dead-recording" -- the killing of women's records by men -- and "dead-careering" as well as "dead-scholarshipping."
As well as "dead-womens-sportsing."
