Meet The PetMorons
This is Shalom. We don't know much about her. She was found in a ditch and a nice Amish lady took her in. The lady gave her the name Shalom. She cared for her for about 4 weeks when one of our volunteers found out about her. She's blind and deaf and suffers from dementia. Russell said she is another hospice doggie we will care for until her time comes to cross the Rainbow bridge. She could have possibly wandered off and the owners couldn't find her or worse, was left to die. As of this date she barely eats or drinks. I don't think she'll be with us long but we will give her all the love she deserves. - Jewells
Once again Jewells, a job well done. Thank you to all of you folks who do this kind of work.

This is Pearl. She is one of four cats I discovered under a tarp in my backyard when they were four week old kittens (to be more accurate, my dogs had found them, I just noticed a wet furball on the grass where my dog had dropped it after coming out from under the tarp).
Pearl wishes everyone a Happy Holiday season.
Well you tell Pearl and all of her kitteh and doggeh sibs a Happy Holiday Season from us here at the AoS Pet Thread. Adorable cat.

So Ruby came to us from a rescue that collects puppies from the remote villages and finds them homes; we've had her for about a year and she has been featured on the pet thread before. Last week, I heard on the radio that there were too many dogs at the pound, so I looked up the website and there was Ruby, except it wasn't Ruby, it was Piper. Same age, same markings, much too similar to be from different litters.
I went to the pound to check her out, and as soon as Ruby saw her, it was like, "Hey, Sissie, where you been?" The folks there said lots of people have come to see her, but they all thought she was much too hyper to be a good house dog. Of course I brought her home, and she and Ruby are inseparable, play constantly, and wear each other out. It was just meant to be.
We now have a Three Dog Night, and couldn't be more pleased.

Ruby looks silly and in a great home. We don't see any hyper activity. Congrats on your 3 Dog Night Team. And thanks for submitting this moving story.
