First-World Problems...Part "Thirteenth Prime"
We got a nice little dusting last week: about 20" of fairly heavy snow. And finally, after an entire winter of pathetic 1" snows that barely required a broom, I got to trot out my new snow blower, which has a much bigger engine than my last one.
And wow...it sure did help. It chewed through the packed snow at the end of the driveway* in one pass, and didn't even labor. it even has a zero-turn system, which I thought was silly, but it really helps.
But (and you knew that was coming!), the hand warmers are pretty pathetic. I still have to wear gloves!
*Do plow operators get bonuses based on the number of complaints from homeowners about impossibly high drifts at the ends of their driveways?
